Hello Friends,
What is an Application or Application Letter?
Application is a formal request to be considered for a job or to be allowed to do something or have something.
It is submitted to an authority, institution, or organization. There could be a Job Application,
Sick Leave Application, or Application to any Bank authority.
Format of the Application Letter.
It has eight things in it:
1. Sender’s Details
2. Date
3. Receiver’s Details
4. Subject
5. Salutation
6. Body
7. Complementary Close
8. Sender’s Name & Sign
Exercise :
You are Chhavi Shah of I-302, July Apartment, Jamnagar.
Write an application for getting a new debit card from your bank account as you lost the old one.
