So Vanessa, going beyond the obvious remarkable athletic ability and fitness of the team members and the inspirational & entertainment value of gymnastics, what I want to know personally as a viewer is HOW they get themselves to the health/fitness level where they are able to do it? I seems to me that some version of the training constitutes probably the best physical fitness workout protocol for people who aren't gymnasts and may not even be career athletes but want to achieve a higher level of fitness for any activity. Could you and the team members produce one or more fitness videos for those millions of us who don't have 4-5 hours/day or access to all the UCLA gym equipment and aren't in our teens or early twenties anymore? I'm retired now and trying to put together what I am calling my "Resurrection" workout and have no idea how to do it (what combination of: yoga?, floor exercises?, weights?, power tower?) after viewing many youTube videos of workouts for people my age. Love this video BTW and also the 2021 intro that was produced, both compellingly inspirational and fun to watch and these wonder-women are great role models for the younger people! MB.

@@carriesmith9943 I'm just answering your question, you'll note I'm not the one carrying the flag. You're the one that was so concerned. These videos are created to showcase the talent and personalities of the individual athletes. I imagine that flag is an important part of the young ladies identity so she wanted it to be represented.
@carrie HOW much I agree with your DM..like whyyyy does it even have to be mentioned in sport intro..ya yaaa...there is people who identify as Bi.trans..basket..coach..pencil..parrot..and so forth with stupidity.BUT since when it has become the trend to mention the support for whatever that flag represents????like who f..ing cares...its about gymnastics..stop shoveling the flag in EVERYTHIG...as a straight person I feel like a minority will all the stupidity going on..SMH
