I Finally Installed Sequential Tail lights on the Mustang GT!!

- Today I installed the newly re-branded Raxiom Vector tail lights which are now being sold under the name Spyder Auto. I wasn't able to find these particular lights on Spyder Auto's website but I picked mine up off of eBay. I'll leave a link to them although I can't guarantee that they'll still be available when you watch this video.
All in all this was a super straight forward install. I didn't go too far into depth because I've actually talked about how to remove the tail lights from a 2005-2009 Ford Mustang in a previous video. I'll leave a link to that video as well. I would strongly recommend purchasing some ratcheting wrenches for this install because it will make your life a lot easier and they're just a super handy tool to have. I also owe a huge thank you to my buddy Brad for helping me record this video. He's a great friend and I'm sure he'll be in more videos moving forward.

I've seen taillights vids before, simple enough, but u and brad did a great job. funny watched it with my family, we were cracking up.

@@kaidanodomso when I buy new taillights, they don't come with bulbs?? Why did you have to take your bulb out of the old light and put into the new light??
I like the stripes.
I don’t know if I’m dumb but I can’t get the switch connector off.
That’s normal, they’re kind of a pain. There are some ridges on either side of the plug. You can put a flathead screwdriver under those ridges and twist it to help lift the connector out of the socket
Just bought them taillights My right side won’t sequential but the left side will.. what the problem could be
Mine do something similar, when the lights are off the blinkers work, but when the lights are on, one of them is always bright red and blinker stops working for that light
How is the quality? Are they still holding up?
I personally really like the stripes. Ties the black and grey theme together
I like them too but I'm not sure if I wanna redo them once I get the body work done on the car. it might be cool to do some other sort of wrap instead :0

What I don't like about those lights is that they dont sell regular red ones. Just clear smoked, ☹️

Thanks for the video! yes, love the stripes! we just drove to California this weekend to buy my dream car and drove it back 800 some miles back: 2009 mustang GT! It passed that first test drive for sure! BTW the redwood hwy is no joke lol 😜the first thing I am doing is installing these lights & performance exhaust!

Digging the taillights

Doing the same on a 2014 v6 convertible. The OEM taillights look really goofy, however the rest of car is a 10 IMHO.

Hey my squential running lights arent on but brake lights and turn work any help?
Anyone has ever had the issue that one of the tail lights stays bright red every time the headlights are on? With the headlights off it works fine, but when theyre on my blinker does not work and it is as if i was pressing the brake for that light only

@@kaidanodom good to know. I think SN95/New Edge you had to do some splicing for the sequential effect to work properly. I'm content with my Altezzas, lol.

@@kaidanodom I believe that's the case as I wanted them on my SN95 Cobra back when I bought it. Or maybe I'm mixing it up with the Daytime Running Lights and using some Halo headlamps. Been a while so I don't fully remember, oh well!
