They work nicely, though I can't comment on durability. Some notes not mentioned.... 1) The driver's side is easily replaced, but make it easy, take the plastic trim and carpet out. 2) The passenger side, with the factory subwoofer will require moving the sub away from inner quarter panel by removing bolts/nuts. Even then, small hands help as you will be squeezing between the amp bracket body. You will need an open end or box wrench 3) Tuck the module of harness between between the taillight pods or it will probably get in way when seating he housing in body 4) The gummy black gaskets that are on the nuts retaining the tailllights will be degraded. I scraped them and used clear silicone on the nuts 5) The backup lights will be very tight and may require a wrench. I used a little pastic/rubber safe silicone to ease them in, as I did with the harness grommets
I had the sequencer briefly. One of the two sequencers must have been bad, because it was keeping my tail light and front turn signal from coming on with my headlights, even though the turn signals worked. I swapped it out for the stock wiring harness and there was no issue. Pity it wasn't more reliable.
Alan Brown well in theory if you have LEDs in the front as well with resistors it might slow both the front and rear if they all have resistors? Wouldn’t it work like that?
@@sergiomurillo9930 interesting thought. How are the signals powered? I believe it's thru the PCM due to the fact it speeds up the flashrate if a bulb is dead...perhaps a setting can be changed within the controls?
Alan Brown I was thinking cause usually on the 94-04 Mustangs that’s the case or you can get a flasher to replace the factory one. I know that isn’t the case for the 05-09 ones but maybe the resistors might help since it has done so to other cars. I plan on getting an 05-09 style Mustang later on but for right now I’m content with my 02 lol

I wish there was a way to slow down the sequential sequence though. They light up way to fast on this kit.

I did this with led brake lights I got on Amazon and it works
Led bulbs?
Raxiom needs to make the Vectors again! Best looking tails on these cars IMHO

D.M me when Vectors come back
He’s back
Do these also show this effect when breaking? Or is it only the turn signal
Turn signal and emergency lights
Turn and emergency lights
Did my 06 with this kit very simpl and quick love the looks
You will see a 1-2-3 effect on brake lights. Factory, they don't do that, they all come on together
I like them but I wish you could slow it down just a bit.
All the new ones are always fast
They get slowed with use ?
No
Would led reverse lights effect it??
no weii
these are so sick
Would adding LED bulbs with resistors possibly slow them down?
It has to try and match the front turn signal speed, since there's only 1 flasher

If i were you i would get them in the smoked style looks a lot better
We need Vectors
Roberto Ortiz We need the smoked vectors back those were beautiful on the 3V mustangs but they don’t make anymore sadly
Can I use the new s197 light harness for my 06
No you cannot sadly
i would not buy these again mine completely broke after about 4 months of having them. I replaced the bulbs and everything and nothing worked.
Shit doesn’t even fit in the harness right, now one of them is stuck. Ridiculous.
