my dad has just gotten this keyboard for me since i wore out my old one playing osu, and tbh the epomaker th80 is the best budget keyboard out there, i just have no clue how to turn on the rgb.

Hold down Fn+\ key. You can also install the software or get the user manual pdf that describe a lot more button

I couldn't find it clearly in their website spec, but the outer shelve is def plastic. It's about 2 lbs.
