Colorado doesn't deserve the attention that it's received. It's all political. ESPN, FOX, and the other major television networks need to give Colorado a lot of coverage to target a certain demographic that normally isn't all that interested in college football outside of the national championship game.
@Bruss813 that's a coaching failure, Travis is for sure super talented, but leaving him out there in the 4th and OT to get abused is coaching malpractice.
As someone who did not think that I would be watching a Friday football game at 2 AM that was 29-0 at half. I can confirm. I am mad at Colorado right now.
I was hoping the whole time that Stanford could chip away. The Cardinal were way smarter than the Colorado players. Shedeur was proved to be a system QB in this game. When the system failed, he foundered. The Stanford WR broke former Biletnikoff Award winner Troy Walters' school record, and I'd never heard of Ayomanor before today, so it's not like he's some monster receiver. If Colorado loses out, Deion needs to be fired. Stop protecting him.
And the players lol. They were yelling at each other and just couldn’t execute. Don’t forget Travis unsportsmanlike that resulted in a TD. 17 penalties is embarrassing
You actually right but 2 has to stop reading his press clippings. That interception was him being arrogant and playing hero ball. That loss is 90% on coaching and 10% #2. They have use that running game. 29-0. You literally just experienced the same thing with USC but was on the other end. Bad call playing Travis like he hasn’t missed 4 weeks of ball. He should probably been just a receiver today and stop tearing 1 down and let him figure it out on the field. It’s like he waits for him to mess up to take him out. Yea majority of this is on coaching especially the OC. You have all these backs and you can take the air out the ball🤷🏾. I literally went to sleep and just woke up think I’m about to see a 45-20 score CU wins🤦🏽♂️😂. Yea Sean Lewis is not the guy. The DC gave you 0 for 2 quarters. He did his job🤷🏾.
They always say in football that "second half adjustments" win football games. This happened in this game. BUT it also seemed that the Colorado team in general just made too many mistakes, some of them "unforced errors". Example involves 2 in one play, the Standford interception in the end zone. First, if you watch it again, TWO Colorado players run into each other right at the goal line, and then Sanders threw an ill-advised pass, across the field, off his back leg, into coverage....that hardly ever works.
Travis was not 100% he just came off a injury he wasn’t supposed to come back until the ucla game and then he got hurt again in the first half but he just played through it that’s why #13 got off in the 2nd half but was nowhere to be found in the 1st half

My Nephews 12 year old flag football team tackles better than Colorado 17 penalties. Blew a 29-0 lead. 2 penalties that gave Stanford extra life and resulted in TDs. Amazing “coaching”

I’m so sad the PAC is disbanding, it’s what has made west coast football so much fun. Maybe they don’t dominate with titles like the SEC does but the games are way more fun and the conference itself has a lot more parity. Look at the SEC, they have one or two good teams each year that steam roll everyone else save for one magical win here or there. It’s just not going to be the same. We can thank the pac commissioner for royalty screwing it all up. They had the chance to send a team every single year to the playoffs and receive $30 million a year for each school from espn alone and he turned it down like a true mouth breather.

Saw this in the comments in the Steelers vs Ravens highlights. I think it fits here very well. Gotta give Colorado credit. Not many teams could have lost a game like this, but they showed up today with a refuse to win attitude, and it showed.
Hunter with the bonehead penalty for unnecessary roughness, the moronic pick by Sanders in OT were two plays that propelled Stanford to victory. The two biggest stars did their part to ensure the loss. Good job fellas, Stanford fans appreciate it.
My guy Stanford scored 36 in a half. They did nothing for Stanford but get their butts whooped up and down the field. Because that’s the team they are. They beat up on bad teams that don’t have a defense, but the second someone see’s through their bluster and shows some backbone, they fold like origami paper.
My analysis of this defeat. 1. Travis was out due to injury and returned to play both sides of the field, which I think was too much for his return. Not to make excuses but he looked exhausted playing the corner back position, which requires a lot more energy. 2. The Buffs have to figure out how to score on a 1st and Goal. All season long, I have seen them squander opportunities when they have 1 yard to go for a touchdown. They could be 1st down and goal and fail to run the ball in the in zone. They run the same play up the middle and fail. Why don't they ever try running from the outside or a quarter back sneak? 3. I don't hear anyone speak of the play that turned the momentum coming out after 1/2 time was the 4th down that the Buff's went with when they were up 29 points. They failed and it was the beginning of the first touchdown for Stanford as they had great field position. Who directed that changed the momentum of the entire game. All year long, the Buffs have been poor at executing 4th downs and it has something to do with their inability to establish a rushing game. It becomes predictable on a 4th down if the only option is pass. 4. The team is too small and they have extreme issues covering bigger players, who are more physical. It's not the talent that's lacking for the Buff's but the size and physicality of the opponent takes over as they out muscle the Buff's. 5. I find it interesting how the outsides are happy to celebrate the loss wanting to blame Shedeur. But the offense scored 43 points and it seems to be a requirement every week to even have a chance to win. When has a quarterback thrown for 400 with 5 touchdowns and lose? 😂What does Shedeur have to play defense too? Where would the Buff's be without him?
No he will not and I will tell you why. The Buffs corner backs are built like High School players now as they aren't fully developed yet. In the NFL, you can be rest assured to find corner backs that are Ayomanor's size. It's the norm. The Buff's are too small and they have extreme issues covering bigger players, who are more physical. It's not the talent that's lacking for the Buff's but the size and physicality of the opponent takes over as they out muscle the Buff's.
@@jamestoney7571 Obviously you have seen his stats all year. He had total yards this year and almost 300 against the Buff's? Lets see how he does going forward when teams started thinking he is good. I watch a lot of College Football for the love of the game and see the emergence of players, but when the hype started with Colorado I knew it was just to focus a brand. What a insane game props to Stanford for charging back after the half
That comes with the team being undisciplined

The dude getting the pick and then flexing his watch on sanders was electric.
To the Colorado fans, why the shocked look? It's Colorado. Did you...did you think you were a contender? 😂
I’m pretty sure Colorado is cursed with shitty football teams, the Broncos suck, the Buffs suck, it sucks.
That was awesome, thanks Stanford for an awesome game.
Insane.
Ayomanor will be playing on Sundays, no doubt. That is a man amongst boys
@@ballguy1509so by that logic Ayomanor is not yet fully developed either and will continue to grow and strengthen as well.
@@ballguy1509lmao you sound like a hater shut up 😂
@@ballguy1509you obviously have never played football before. #13 is a monster. He will be playing on Sundays.
@@jamestoney7571 Obviously you have seen his stats all year. He had total yards this year and almost 300 against the Buff's? Lets see how he does going forward when teams started thinking he is good. Travis Hunter as a receiver has double coverage. That dude had 1 coverage of Travis who is 20 years old and 185 pounds. Watch when he plays players his size and age.
This is like waking up on Christmas morning.🤣
Hahaha it does feel good😂
Putting them in the top 25 after the TCU win was one of the biggest crimes in recent college football history
😂😂😂
It was a joke!!
Deion shaft huggers be like: No one gracefully gives a up a 29 point lead like Coach Prime.
😂😂
This is who deion really is, a clown, a circus barker. Some call him a motivator. Dont call him a coach.
Flash them watches baby. We here! Give me my theme music!
@@SuhmstankDeion Sanders approved this.
Yeah, I like Sanders, but he's not that coach. He is the reason they lost to USC with that aweful clock management, now a 29 point come back.
Just as good and same record as Nebraska! I love it.
I watch a lot of College Football for the love of the game and see the emergence of players, but when the hype started with Colorado I knew it was just to focus a brand. The difficulty in college football is the ability to have an incredible sense of knowing your weaknesses, Colorado has many and difficult to address in such a short period of time. I have to give Stanford the incredible comeback because it takes a whole lot work to bring a team who have not done well this year to win against all odds.
Huh?
The buff DBs are just too small. Didnt notice it. Thank you for the highlights of the small Colorado DBs 😊
