This has always been a great LIVE hit for us. We haven't had a gig where our drummer hasn't done that intro roll and people get up put of their chairs and onto the dancefloor. As we are writing this, the UK 🇬🇧 is in the deepest of a Covid19 Tier 4 Lockdown. We're living for the day that we can once again play to dance floor filled audiences, and be happy.
Be Young Be Foolish Be Happy was originally recorded in 1967 by The Sensational Epics, but its played by us in its more popular version by The Tams.
The Contacts are a Motown and Northern Soul group from Peterborough, United Kingdom. We mainly play Motown & Northern Soul but do branch out into some 1970s Soul, which fits comfortably within our genre.
