At first it is but begin with small projects that dont cost a lot or can easily be replaced. Then work your way up to more technical items. Also learn to read schematics. That helps learn the placement of items. Thanks for watching.
Brilliant! I figured out it was those o rings yesterday and ordered a diverse o ring kit. hopefully it will work before any modifications. worse case I can drill like you or order a new assembly. TU and Subbed! also loved the safety reminders at the end! update 7/14/24: got my oring kit from amzn and installed and worked! btw as soon as i hooked up the air right after the repair a misfire occurred. scary af but i had it pointed away from me and had eye protection on as well. so never ever pt this at anyone!
Question: When you replaced the trigger assembly with a new assembly you pointed out that it worked, but still leaked air. I'm curious if your self-repaired/modified assembly leaked air when you reassembled it. Thanks for the video. Yes, it was interesting.
You have more GUTS than I do!..it’s really Scary to take something apart, not knowing what is inside or how to fix the problem!

This is the repair I need to make. Thanks.
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching!
Thanks partner. My gun just failed. Same issue, losing air at the trigger. I will try your fix.
Thanks for watching!
What size o-rings??
I bought a trigger valve kit, it also came with a messload of rubber O rings.
That is cool. Always good to have extra o rings.
Update, dropped the new valve in today, gun works like new, no leaks
@@rickpelland3768 nice. Best way to go. These nailers will live forever.
👍👍👍 Interesting. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it

That could be. I should have further investigated. But I had the other valve to try. Thanks for watching.
mine works like garbage. It doesn't shoot 1-1/16 but shots 1/2 and 1-1/4. need to be a higher quality nailed. maybe a horshoe nailer.
Sometimes they get worn out. Try a different brand nail. I know harbor freight brand nails do not work well in my nailer.
To much vegetables oils
Maybe.
