It looks like the skirt can take a lot more poof. But the smaller one works too, and might be easier to wear going out in public for the first time ☺️ This might help you in the future when you are searching for dresses. If your dress had sleeves that would make it an OP, but with it only having straps, that makes it a JSK. Hope this helps in your journey 😊. I didn’t know that many people in the Lolita community don’t like Devil Inspired, could I ask why? Also I found out a lot of information on Lolita fashion through UA-cam too.
Thank you! I honestly don’t know why really, I think everyone’s experience is different, but from what I’ve seen and heard, it’s mainly the customer service, and not updating orders. I contacted customer service, and they were good to me, and informative. It really all depends on someone’s experience, and they share their experience online as well. They are perfectly fine to do so, since everyone is aloud to speak their truth. I can sympathize with them because it does suck, but it doesn’t hurt to try something out, since your experience can be different from theirs.
It's because of delay shipping and bad communication service. I mean, to call them a scam is a stretch but it's been a year since the whole "don't shop at devilinspired" was a thing and I'd imagine they wisen up their customer service by now.
@@anastaciabarretothere were a lot of scams and scandals. Unfortunately the platform where those were stored was also bullying heavy so it was taken down.

And if I’m not certain of something, it makes me anxious. I’m thinking about doing my first cord from Devil Inspired too. Overall how would you rate your experience with this online store, include shipping, quality of the coordinate, etc.

It all depends on the size chart provided, I think each company has a different set of sizes, so if you go onto their website, you will see the conversion chart provided. If you are in between sizes, I do recommend sizing up just in case. I wear socks with mine, so it all makes the difference on how they fit as well.

I think that devilinspired is also severely overpriced, but it's a perfectly reasonable storefront so whatever

My first Lolita dress came off of Amazon as a Christmas gift
So if I wear a size 8.5 or 9 shoes (US) do I get the 40 or 41 size?
