Hi Pam and sunny and papa. Hope y’all are enjoying this day! I am having so much fun and learning so much following you as you make this lovely journal. I was even fortunate enough to find my own copy of Heart Throbs. I can’t wait t use it. Thank you so much for sharing all your artistry!
I love all your videos I have seen. My husband bought a crop a dile the big one so I can make books. That's what he bought me for my 55th birthday. Thank you for sharing sunny with us.
When I done my hidden wotsit, I scored the cardboard with my craftknife to make sure it would stick. Love watching you Pam, I feel like I have a new friend.
Please include your list in your next newsletter! You're such an inspiration. How wonderful would it be you have your ideas along side of me while I work on my journals. YOU SO ROCK!!!
Good morning Pam! Thanks so much for this series of videos! You are so much fun to watch and listen too! I love the list! I would love to get my hands on it!! Include in your next newsletter? Maybe add it to your downloads in your Etsy shop? I'm a beginner and have not done a journal yet. This series is helping so much! Thanks!
Miss Pam ... your list idea is great! You should scan the lists and upload the pages real fast as part of this ongoing series! This is just a wonderful set of videos to help with the overwhelmingness of starting on a book!
The Journal is looking so good! - tips and tricks of the trade are most welcome...along with foo-foo scissors and random squirrel brain! 🤣 hello from Denmark 🌸 ❄️
Good morning Pam. Didn't know if could watch you yet cos storm Eunice caused power cut in my part of the U.K. But, yippee, we have lift off. Desperate for some coffee, no electric no coffee but had to see what you were up to first 😂😂 now it's back, will take you with me, why do I forget I can do that, crazy me. Lots of good ideas again, tfs luv n hugs from Victoria 😘👍👏🏼👍👏🏼😘
so glad you are so open n real in your crafting because that's how it really is! would love a copy of your list. how about offering as a download in your etsyshop.
I love watching your video and listening your talking show it’s fun and always I learn something new That’s very sweet of you to share your list of things we can add I will make one for myself too trying to organize in different sections
I'm so loving watching you create this JJ. I've not made a JJ yet I've only made a small note book up to now. But I'm going to work through all your videos to make a full sized journal. Thank you for sharing your ideas. Blessings.
Great EASY ways to decorate our pages...you don’t always have to use fancy, detailed ephemera. I always try to tell myself...”don’t overthink it”. Fun visit Pam! 👍🥰❤️
As a new junk journal person, those little cheat sheets would be awesome to have in my idea book. will have to figure out how to take screen shots on my computer!
Oh Pam! I have to thank you so much for the showing the use of glue stick (Scotch Create Glue Stick) with applying napkin to paper! It has changed my world! Well with paper and napkins to which I have abundance. Thank you again and for your fun and so real videos.😃
As I make my first jj, I have a big second one I am doing. The second one is an example one. I am going to fill it with things from all the videos I have saved. And am including the name of the video and notes to self. I see so many great ideas and need a way to remember !
Great list!!!! It also gave me a chance to use the clip and snip which I now love love love. Now I can add my list to your list.....I too have a bunch of ideas/prompts jotted down hanging on my billboard although it isn't near as big as yours and is getting kind of old!! Enjoying this series too. I have been cleaning up my saved videos (some as old as 2010) and they were just awful and made me cringe just listening!! This one will be saved and replace all the made from scratch/altered journals!!
Your commentary cracks me up! Loved this. Thanks for the tips and tricks. I managed to screen shot your notes and I will re-write as I work through the list. Look forward to the next video :-)
Awesome reminder about the page trim! I just jazzed up some scraps (copied Liuse's (sp?) video) and they would be great page trims! And clusters too of course. TFS Regards to the menagerie and Papa too of course. Hope you all have a great day. 🌞
Love these videos! I look forward to these. The spine of my original book fell off…I laminated it to create a pretty bookmark. It is a spine from a 1953 Readers Digest. 🥰
I'm loving this series. All 4 collage ideas are great but my favorite has to be the third one... the flower. It just screams mosaic or stained glass. Oooo and put some gilding wax or gesso around/between the individual edges. Oh gosh! I've got to try that. Needless to say I 'm thanking you again for all the inspiration!!!!
Hi dearest Pam 🤗 Thank you so much for the series of the Heart Throbs bookmaking. I’m enjoying them to the fullest, so kind of you to share your handwritten lists, I did a quick scan and realised that they’re very similar to my own that I’ve been jotting down since the start of my Junk Journaling journey 😉 I don’t think you should type them down, it kinda spoils the fun of the process. Every person should have their own way of doing stuff, as you do - if we wanted everything so easily presented and ready made, we might as well just go to the shop and buy a journal rather than making them ourselves 😊 same goes for the lists, I believe everybody should write their own
Omygoodness!!! Your list is fantastic, Pam!!! I have also made my own list a couple of years ago, but it's only a third of what you have compiled 😄 Thanks so much for sharing!! I love the brown paper flower collage. It's so simple yet absolutely beautiful!! ♡♡♡♡
Hey Pam could you make a printable of your list of your go to for us beginners .love watching your videos and listen to all your funny voices you do your not alone i do it to i think it helps in some ways to get your mind going ow arr I'm crazy too 😂😂😂😂 ❤😀
Happy Friday Pam! This is such a fun series and I need to get back to mine so I can share it. Had a big order to work on today and ended up doing 3 videos 😯 I am exhausted. Hope you and the family have a nice weekend, take care of you! 💜
Morning Pam! I had to laugh when I saw that you made lists for what to use in your journals. I do the same! I have a "generic" list and then multiple lists for specific types of journals (because I have made only customized ones so far). And even with all of these lists, I still forget stuff until after the books are done. Too many options, I guess (said no crafter, ever!) Thanks for this series of videos; l love learning from you! Have a great weekend and Cheers from Denver CO!
Had to chuckle when you said, "come on along, if you are interested"! Oh, but of course‼ I have been trying to understand the difference between ink & oxide inks. Perhaps you have explained on previous videos or podcasts. I use both. But don't know why. 🙄 Thanks for all ideas & encouragements!😁
Hi Pam! This is so helpful, thanks. I noticed oil pastels on your list, I was given a new box of them and have been thinking how I can use them in a journal. Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated. Maltepoo Belle says yip yip (good morning) to Sonny 😉
Good afternoon. I absolutely love your work and videos. I have been trying to get a full shot of your two list and I’m just not fast enough to get clear shots. Could you send me snap shots of each sheet. Or hold the heats still in a video. Thanks so much! Have a blessed day!❤️🙏🏾
Thank you so much, Pam. This list is priceless! This will make my journal making so much easier and so much more fun. You're a star! 😍💖🤗 P.S. I can't read what is number 31. If someone could enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance 😊💖
Enjoyed this video. The flower looked like a palm tree 🌴 to me before you added the leaves. And the book page pocket looked like a piece of toast with a slice of bacon on it at the beginning! Only one slice of bacon? 🥓
Then my ocd got the best of me and I made micro lists....paper items...fabric ideas.. ribbons & trims.. metal embellishments/charms... things to make spine jewelery with... vintage items to look for while thrifting... things I want to make...UA-cam channels to watch...the LISTS OF LISTS GO ON AND ON AND ON...🤦♀️
G’morning Pam! 💕 I am coveting that delicious old book. 😊 Great list. 👍 Thank you! I get into a “what’s within reach” zone when making a jj. If something is over ‘there’ (shelf, drawer or bin) and I didn’t put it on/beside my work area, it doesn’t exist in my mind and never occurs to me to use it till I accidentally come across said ‘things’ later. Have great day!
pam and short stop is such a joy in my life…
i am a simple little soul ,just to know your vision, laughter brings me happiness
It looks like a lamp. After a minute or so yes it did look like a lamp! You have a great sense of humor, Pam. Happy mothers Day 2023.
TQ Pam, you rock, hugs from melty Canada!

Looks like a Palm Tree🌴. Love how it turned out.

Love watching you Pam, I feel like I have a new friend.
Please include your list in your next newsletter! You're such an inspiration. How wonderful would it be you have your ideas along side of me while I work on my journals. YOU SO ROCK!!!
I love your flower collage. Pieces don't have to touch to be collage. You do beautiful work.
A great way to use whatever you have. Thank you so much for showing us how to use them. Very good Pam.
I love coming along with you on this journey. It’s great to listen and learn thought processes when making these beauties❣️🤗💕🦋
Love Love the flower from the overbaked paper!!!!

Love this series so much! So happy to see your mistakes turn into creating with reckless abandon! Fabulous job as always!

Hello Pam & sleepy Sunny, enjoyed watching you embellish some pages. Thanks for sharing.
Love collaging. (And hopefully no collage police will criticise. Love these ideas)
And am really enjoying watching you in this step by step process.
As usual you do a great job of sharing your thought process for creating pages. This is so helpful to me. Thanks Pam!
Pam, I have so much fun watching your videos!!!!!! You are a BLAST!!!!!!!!! LOVE the entire process!!!!!!!!!
You had me at the collage of pieces on the 1st page edge!
Love these videos! I look forward to these. The spine of my original book fell off…I laminated it to create a pretty bookmark. It is a spine from a 1953 Readers Digest. 🥰
