      Lechon is heavenly! I love that stuff! We got some from a food truck here in Rexville last week...it was fantastic! It turned out that the woman on the truck grew up in New Jersey so we had quite the chat! Pasteles and Mofungo are not foods I like. BIg fan of Kan Kan pork chops though! Thanks for your comment!

    My Brother in law made this all the time. Only difference is, he used fresh coconut, shredded it and used the milk from it. Sometimes he would make the kids coconut ice milk desert. Thanks for this video, brings back great memories!
