My husband is Ghanaian and I am white. I had to go to Ghana and eat REAL FOOD to realize my SAD (Standard American Diet) was the main contributor to my arthritis pain. Absolutely had NO sugar while there. Changed my life. Most Americans don't realize that meat is not consumed to the excess in Chinese culture, black, Mexican, Indian....many people in this world can't afford to buy meat for every meal. If they do have meat, it's part of the whole meal and you get a small portion. Refrigeration is also an issue. Other countries, even Germany, households have small refrigerators. American refrigerators are huge. We live in excess. And our waistline is showing excess. And our health is at crisis level.

Love Bill and starting to love Dr. Bobby. He knows what he is talking about. I worked at a major Pharmaceutical company as a Rep and it is crazy how much money they make off of chronic diseases. Just bought the 14-day detox, Vegucation over Medication and Healing Recipes and Remedies. Got rid of all the crap in my house that would tempt me and started my plant life. Keep it going guys! I'm waiting to receive his Detox kit, what are some of the foods did you eat? I'm getting ready to go to the grocery store in a few days and I want to get the right things for the Detox. I've just been making smoothies, and fruits right now and skinny popcorn.

I am Ghanaian and here our Oranges and tangerines are also green but the inside is orange and very nice. Our local bananas are so yummy. Thank you Dr Price ... we have so much natural food around us and we have rather started eating the kfcs etc. Going to appreciate the natural food around us more.

Great interview. I just got introduced to Dr. Price about a month and a half ago and I’ve already completed his 14 day detox and is transitioning to a clean eating lifestyle. I’m looking into becoming a fitness instructor so nutrition is definitely the place to start. Appreciate the information brothers.

I am from the Bahamas. I started experiencing some health issues in Dec 2022 to present but I started a lifestyle change bcuz all my eyes were blurry I was dizzy all kind of stuff. Just cutting sugar completely out my diet for a few months my eyes health improved 50 percent. The chronic fatigue improved drastically but doctors was not telling me this
Couple months ago my 24 year daughter sent Dr Bobby Price video to me. I learned so much and have made changes in what I eat. I am starting my detox in a week. God bless both of you
I just heard about you on another UA-cam video and I have learned so much. When I was a stay at home mother, I was a size 4, I have now been working away from the home for 3yrs and now I am a size 8, but I ate much healthier when I was at home, because I have a small garden and free range chickens. Now that I work away from the home I eat more take out, eat snack at my desk and drink coffee. After listening to you, I am really considering going back eating a more healthier diet which means I will need to prep for work.
