Oh goodness no, we wish! It was a 5k run and it took us about 40 minutes in the rain, mud, etc.

@@OCRKings Done. 2 hours 55 minutes for 10K. It was awesome and muddy. Weather was great. Sunny, 72-74 degrees

Thank you! And yes, that is a great video topic, thank you for the suggestion! Basically, the harder the race, the more compression and ice we might use. There is stretching involved, and rest too. Turmeric, hydration, and believe it or not, McDonald's immediately after the race if we do well and Burger King if we suck. Our nutrition choices are not recommended, just sharing what goes on for full transparency.

@@OCRKings Thank you! I have done a stadium race at Fenway for the past 4 years and recovery is still a work in process. Looking to get into some bigger races in 2024. Thanks for all the tips guys!
