I ran this race in memory of my Uncle and was wondering if I would see myself at all in this video. When you pan over before the race starts I can actually see myself. This was a fun course. It was only a couple weeks ago but will always be one of my favorites.
Great video as always guys! Just got back from a four day trek through the Italian alps and was losing motivation for the killington ultra I’m attempting in a few weeks. This just got me pumped back up and I’m only a 1/4 of the way through the video! As always, thanks for the motivation!
Awesome! The alps sound fantastic! Welcome back, and glad the video has gotten you pumped. Good luck at your Ultra, be safe and have a great race! Killington is no joke - AROO
So many cool things. They have there logo on sand bags? How do I get one. Just keep carrying it through the rest of the course? To quote Christopher Walken's. What we need here is MORE cowbells! Thanks for sharing this with us. I'm pumped up.
I’ve never seen the Irish Tables (Cargo Net 2.0) in a Super before! The Rolling Mud looked pretty lame; you should have seen the La Brea tar pits they had in Seattle!
They had the table top cargo net at this same venue at the super last year. It's a little lower than some of the beast versions we've seen. Seattle sounds like it was a good time. How was your race?
@@OCRKings Great races - my first Weekend Trifecta, first Age Group race (Super) and first X3 Trifecta medal! And, speaking of the Irish Table, I conquered it totally unaided for the first time. Weather was great too! Hope to see you at some future race!
Not this year. We will just returning from Dallas the weekend before and are expecting to be pretty banged up, hopefully after completing the Ultra out there.
Pretty much, running as a team allows groups to lock in the same start time. From Spartan's website: "all team members who wish to have the same start time must register for the same Time block (Elite, Age group, Early Morning, Morning, or Afternoon). For example, if a team has members registered for BOTH Morning and Afternoon Time Blocks, all Morning Time Block team members will be moved together within the Morning Time Block, and all Afternoon Time Block team members will be grouped together within the Afternoon Time Block. '
It's always been a bit of a gimmie obstacle, but you still see some failures (like the guy in front of me here). I think it's easier if you slow down and take your time!

Glad this race was one of your favorites, and hats off to you for doing it in memory of your Uncle. AROO!
I like how the slip wall was way after the rolling hills. Slip wall right after rolling hills makes it extra slippery.
Agreed!

Those 60 pound pancake bags were brand new. Even smelled new! That was a great change from the usual sandbag carry.
This looks like so much fun. I need to do this!
You should it's always a good time out there!
Nice work out there!
Thank you!
Such a fun race to be in! I didn’t expect to see myself in the corner of some frames doing burpees though haha
Oh know! Which obstacle got you!?
@@OCRKings No matter the race, I still haven't gotten the Z-Wall. You can see me when you start, white tank top getting up from the last few burpees
ayyyy was not expecting to be in this at 8:08 hahaha
Good seeing you there, at 8:08 and at the race! Hope you had a good run!

Awesome job on the Trifecta Weekend and the 3x!!!
awesome!
Thank you! Cheers!
nice 🏃🏻♂️🤟
Thanks!
nice job out there. when's the next race?
Rugged Maniac, New England
Wow! That course compared to Palmerton looks amazing! Were there any mountains, slopes, inclines/declines? Great job, as always, Good Sir!!!
Super flat course. Not what you'd expect for New Hampshire, but right in the middle of a valley - not Jacksonville Florida flat, but pretty close.
looks like fun
It was thanks!
Are you coming to the one in Virginia on October 30th?
Not this year. We will just returning from Dallas the weekend before and are expecting to be pretty banged up, hopefully after completing the Ultra out there.
What’s the difference when you run as team ?

What happened to Mac? Usually you and him attend a race together.
He was out that day with a family commitment. He'll be back for the next one. Thanks for asking!
Where is the other guy
Mack was out that day. Something going on with the family or some such. He'll be in the next one 🙂
what time is this heat?
10 AM (open wave)
Comment for the algorithm
Thanks!
What was your time
The race took just over an hour and a half
That looks like a really flat course
Yes, it was pretty flat. Lots of it out in the open, a little bit in the woods.
HELIX looks easy but seems deceptive....

good job damer
Thanks!
