Thank you for being here! I wanted to do a little vlog to show everything that happens before the ACTUAL race day because logisitcally it can be so confusing.

Good luck Kellie! I’ve been following you on Insta for a while. I’m local too but not racing this year…next year for sure. Was meant to be doing Outlaw Half but got injured. I am going combine my long run tomorrow with some spectating! 👍🏼

This was my first Ironman 70.3
Was tough but so glad I did it best bit for me was 280 avg watts on a the bike, made my run crap though lol
Oh it was an eventful one! Had a fall on the bike which shook me but we got it done! 5:38:39 🤩

Not everyone welcomes this rubbish especially when the roads are closed and disrupting people’s lives.
Acting like you didnt have months to prepare for one day (A Sunday btw) Deal with it and get over yourself. Stop being ungrateful and let people be proud of what they accomplished while you were just crying doing nothing.
