I am traditionally not a chase collector. However, in this case I’m going to spend the extra bucks to get the chase version. The outfit just looks better IMO.
I don’t work for Mattel so I’m no help. I think a lot of it has to do is they make figures based on TV time and popularity so you would need a rise in TV time and popularity.
