Thank you Ron for sharing your outstanding collection of promo cars! Jo-Han and AMT were the best at producing replica cars. It truly is magnificent to see these models saved for those of us that loved Detroit automobiles.
In my 20s I’m just getting in to Pomo cars but I’ve been building models since I was a kid now that I’m older I’m trying to find the older ones mainly 50s cars even though most of them are badly warped still building models every day though
Wonderful collection. I have a few promo/friction car's that I have collected over the last 20 or so year's. A couple of them I got new when I was a kid. Most of my mine are Dodge and Plymouth model's with a few Ford's and GM's. One of the car's at the beginning of the video is identical to a car I have, the sublime '70 Charger RT. I hope to add more car's in the future, but I will never be able to reach the level of this incredible collection.
Yeah, the models that are really "warped" were usually the ones that were in the "attic"and the warping is called "ATTIC BURN"and as he said, there were items piled on top of the unfortunate car...

I have a 1:24- 25 collection, I try to keep it under 20 cars. I choose carefully that the ones I have are my absolute favorites and give away the ones I don't truly love.... because I see this guy, and I don't want to become him, I truly don't.

Very nice collection. It's not just collecting, it's an adventure.
This collection is incredible. Most of the ‘50s promos tended to warp. These ‘ 50s cars are mint! My hat’s off to you, sir!
The beginning of the Love Affair with scale model cars IMHO!
Such a fantastic and wonderful collection to have!! LOVE the video!
Not metioned was the fact that in the middle 60s it was mpc that also became a major player in the dealer promo cars.
My collection consist of 1/18 scale ‘ 110 total From 1949 to 1960s era ? Along with figures 👍🇺🇸 “ keep collecting”
Very informative....would love to see a review of your 1:18 Corvettes and Mustangs. Also like what look like 1:12 or bigger models.🤙🏻🤙🏻✌🏻
An amazing collection thank you for showing it to us. I myself collect 1/18 scale.
Todo un orgullo! Felicitaciones por esa colección y esa trayectoria

Give some fun sir, wonderfull collection, wow
When he’s talking about his cars, there’s no time for outside jokes. He’s got a lot of information he’s wanting to download.
I remember to buy them at Kmart and put them together lots of fun😍
A collection for promo car wow mantap ni 👍👍
Nice display.
This is so great. Wish there were more Studebaker Packard cars, but understand about loyalties to his employers.
I'm trying to find a 1965 Ford galaxy that has a inscription on the roof celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Ford assembly plant in Dallas Texas.

I had a good sized collection at one time. Most came from now retired Joe Wheat out of Pennsylvania.
Nice 😊😊😊

Is Ron still around?
First time I see a person that know a lot about his personal car collection.
Was there ever a promo of 1972 Ford Ranchero GT - Bright Red ?

The best museums are at home
Do you have a website so someone can get hold of you in response .
Whatever happened to the molds for all these kits?

Do you know if there was a 1970's lincoln mark iv made?
Only in resin.
I’m not hating on this guy, but it must have been 15 to 20 years since he has got to talk about his cars.
WOW,WOW,WOW..I have to subscribe to this, being a builder myself but, not as talented.
Why is your intro music 10 times louder than the rest of the video?
My speakers & ears don't like it.
