Can you make a video showing how to setup MT12 4 in 1 to work with Spektrum Receiver (SR6200A) with AVC configured to pots? I can’t find any videos detailing this setup.
Hi, I do not own the receiver but downloaded the manual. Aux 1 is steering gain and should be set up to mix channel 5 using a rotary switch. Aux 2, channel 6 throttle gain using a rotary switch. It does state in the manual that using the SR6200A receiver without the AVC menu on your transmitter or using AUX 1 or AUX 2 to command auxiliary functions may result in poor AVC performance. I cannot check this for you because I do not have a receiver to test. Hopefully this works for you. Spektrum do not send me their equipment to review or produce tutorial videos. If I could get more viewers to contact them maybe that could change and I could help Spektrum users. Good luck.
Hi, i am glad to see your videos, im in trouble to binding my r161 reciever to the radio, i am using radiomaster tx12 transmitter, when i put it on bind mode, the redlight flashing on the recieve but after power on again reciver does not show solid green light, it still flashing red and green. I haven't done any firmware update on the reciever yet I dont know what to do
Then the firmware on the radio and receiver are different if you are sure the settings are correct and completing the binding procedure correctly. Please take a photo of the model set up screen showing me the protocol used. triplemadventures@gmail.com
do you have any ideos that explain expo settings and how to do it. its for a traxxas vtec vxl which i put the elrs rx in it and it works great. thank you again
Thanks for the videos on this radio. Do you have any idea what I might have done to mess up my radio? I have the 4in1 so I use the MULTI module internal RF mode, but after copying a model file to the sd card vis USB... seems somethings messed up. In the models menu page 2, .... internal RF mode, the only option that I get now, is CRSF and OFF. It should have "MULTI" as an option. Related to this... another issue: I have looked into a factory reset and have the firmware .bin file and sd card files, but can't get the radio into bootloader mode, and the MT12 is not listed in the Edgetx buddy update page, so that's a dead end also. Good times :)
Hi Dustin, season’s greetings to you. Can I confirm the radio you are having problems with and exactly what you did to the radio before the menu changed. Did you try updating the firmware, which did you update? The radio or and internal module firmware? Please confirm the radios transmitter MPM or ExpressLRS? I will then try to assist you.
@@the-happy-RC-flyer Thanks! I think I figured it out. Still not sure why it happened though. I have the Mulit 4in1 version... and I don't have an external elrs module yet. So the default for the radio/models menu is MULTI... or should at least have that option to select in the models settings. I downloaded a model.... copied to the radio's sd card via usb. Copied it to the models folder and figured out that doesn't work lol. So then copied to the "backup" folder and then use an empty model slot to "restore model" and select the new model file. That all seemed to work fine. But then when I tried to bind to one of my receivers... the "MULTI" selection was missing from the "Internal RF Mode" menu. Then I went to previous models... and if I selected the RF mode... "MULTI" disappeared and replaced with CRSF. Sooooo.... I finally found the option in the "hardware" page in the system menu.... where I had to reset the radio's internal module to "MULTI". Somehow... having it connected to the computer or copying files had changed the radio default. I don't know why.... I didn't do anything with the firmware files etc. So I did look into resetting... flashing the factory firmware or updated files. Looks like I don't need to which is good... because that's a mess. The edgetx buddy page that RM "strongly" suggests we use.... does not have the MT12 listed in the menu where you select your radio. So the other option is dumping files on the sd card with bootloader. I did try rebooting the radio into the bootloader mode.... instructions say "by holding trim switches T4 and T to center" while powering on the radio. Can you get that to work? Just curious... I couldn't get it to work. Hopefully this will help someone else Another tip that should be out there for car guys... the old Spektrum "dsm1" rx's seem to work under the LOSI protocol. I got it to bind to an old SR3000 which is awesome because I searched all over and couldn't find any source to make you think it could work. It didn't bind until I tried it with the radio touching the rx.... that's the other thing that I have not heard and never would have guessed
Yes the Bootloader sequence does work. You need to be careful transferring models because each radio has different radio settings different switch configurations etc. I am pleased you sorted it out. The MT12 and Picket are not yet supported on the EdgeTX Buddy yet due in version 2.10.
Hi, go to MIXES CH3 or any available channel on your receiver. Clip Enter, go to Source click Enter and activate the switch you want to activate the lights. Then assign the lights to that channel.

Hi Bill. I am having trouble enabling the steering trim. Any idea how i can do that? your help will be appreciated.
Hi Kenny, the trims should be working out of the box. When you actuate the trim button does the radio make a sound and when centred says trim centred?

I haven't done any firmware update on the reciever yet
I dont know what to do
Are you using the correct protocol in the Multi Protocol Module?
@@the-happy-RC-flyerAm using internal RF frskyX D16 protocol
Am sorry, am just a begginer
Nothing to be sorry about please try FrSkyX2. Put the receiver in bind mode first.

Have you tried updating the 4 in 1 firmware? Which version of the firmware does you radio have at the moment?
Traxxas ESC just blinking green.
Steering works but motor doesn’t.
Express LRS receives lower the

Should hook up.
Main screen displays and how to set them up? I do not have a clue. Please help.
