- Here is a quick fun concept edit, showing what would have happened if the Separatist Alliance had cranked out the upgraded B1 Battledroids, Voiced by Mathew Wood.
I sourced the B1 Dialogue & Sounds from:
EA's Star Wars Battlefront II
Star Wars The Clone Wars Movie
Disney Infinity 3.1 Edition
Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga
I also had to create additional lines on fakeyou.com/tts
Special Thanks to @RedSun446 for the additional dialogue.

“What do you mean my ‘head was on a battle droid?’”
I honestly prefer the deeper drone of the Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones B1 Droids. Good edit, of course
💯 agreed, I also miss the original Droid Voices
Yee
Yeah, same here, more mechanical and less d00fus
I'm pretty sure the "my legs aren't moving" droid was voiced by Matthew
This definitely makes the world feel much more alive.
All that's missing, is this
(0:47-0:49)
"Say, that's quite impressive.
Uh, I mean . . ."
Roger is the best of the B1 battle droids I love this voice.
As much as I love the old Droid voices, this does put a smile on my face. Great work as always!
Now do one for The Phantom Menace
Somebody already did it! ua-cam.com/video/uhdS5h1e3y0/v-deo.html
If we ever get Special Editions of Prequels. They better make droids sound like so
Great work on this!
Can you do "If the old Battle Droid Voices were used in Episode III-Rebels Dub" please?
I intend to ;)
Who did the original voices?
1. If Mathew Wood Voiced B1 Droids in Episode I The Phantom Menace.
2. If Mathew Wood Voiced B1 Droids in Episode III Revenge Of The Sith.
3. If Dee Bradley Baker Voiced The Clones in Episode II Attack Of The Clones.
Bro, it's the funny TCW Baktoid.
What about giving the Super Battle droids voices too?
THE NEW VOICE OF THE BATTLE DROIDS
I JUST GOT PROMOTED
I LOOKED DOWWWNNNN
Haha!
I do love this idea, but the voice lines sound pretty divorced from the actual mix
Yeah agreed, this is only a concept edit, if I was doing a feature film edit, I'd worry more about the quality :)
