Hi Angel girl. I'm the first one here!!! Woohoo,! So glad to see you back on again. Please pray for me. But mostly pray for my oldest son . They think he might have CV. Someone he was helping. Is in the hospital with CV. And Joe is in lots of pain and coughing alot. He's been in the bed for a few days now. He's been having a hard time breathing too. He's in quarantine . I've been praying for the person that is in hospital
I don't like cottage cheese but I have to say these do look delicious. And you probably can't even taste the cottage cheese. Thanks for sharing my friend.
Hi, M.P. Yes, I was a bit leery the first time, too. But all the flavors, including the cottage cheese, blend well together. Unless sometime told you, you probably wouldn't know. It's cold and windy, and we had a couple snow showers earlier. No day for bees to be out looking for pollen. Thanks so much for watching. (:
Those look so yummy. My Grandfather on my Mom's side was Italian. One of my favorite things was his stuffed shells. They are my favorite. Yours look delicious! Now I need some. Lol!! Have a great day!
How are you doing today? I've missed your videos! I missed your faith to. I can feel such a sweet spirit, coming from you! God bless you and your family. Have a great evening!!!
Thank you, Jenn. Please give it a try. Step by step it's really not hard, especially the cheese-stuffed version. I used store bought sauce, and that makes it even easier...but still good. We had a little snow again today, after a beautiful day yesterday. My chores are pretty much done for the day, including making some sloppy joe. Enjoy your little garden, my friend. (:
April 19th, 2020 I just put my pan in the oven & am preparing a salad to serve 1st. Looking forward to dining, it smells amazing! I didn't have the powdered onion or garlic, but I did add a rounded 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic 🙃. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us all 😊👍👏👏👏🙋♀️
Hi, Robyn. Sorry I didn't see your comment till now. Your meal sounds wonderful. I hope you enjoyed it, and that you have some tasty leftovers, too! Thanks so much for stopping by. (:
@@lemoncrinckles No worries dear heart, I made only 11stuffed shells as we have a parrot Crystal Lynn that has to have a bit of what we eat when we sit down to have hubby thank the Almighty for all of our blessings. Hubby gave dinner 5 gold ⭐s & said the shells stuffing was so light and delicious. Don't tell him I used full fat cheeses & extra minced garlic, in a jar of Classico Roasted Garic pasta sauce that I added 1 whoe medium/length organic sliced precooked zucchini, organic mushrooms & extra purified water, he keeps teling me he doesn't like garlic 😄🤭❣ I used my stick blender to puree the lot & that was my sauce base & toper with the left over fresh mozzarella. I miss my 1 day off a week 🤭 We did have 3 stuffed shells left & I made angel hair pasta & added 2 whole turkey sausage links to the sauce & we each had a glass or 2 of Josh Pinot Noir & he loved it! These look so good. I’ve never seen large shells that are gluten Free before but I’m going to keep looking. I know I would enjoy this meal, I love anything with cheese in it. Tfs
Very nice dish! I haven't had stuffed shells in ages. I like your recipe and I'll give it a try as soon as I can get some shells. Looks wonderful! Thanks for sharing and stay safel 🌈🌈🌈
Hi, Patricia. Thank you so much. The cheese stuffed shells are easier to make than the meat filled ones. Not as messy. But, could could always top it with a meat sauce if you like. You take care, too! (:
Well that certainly put my “Mama Rosie’s” manicotti that I’m having to shame. I will have to try your way soon, thanks for sharing Stef, be well, and God bless you.
Used to be one of my favorite things to make. Going to have to make a work around version, working around not having shells or ricotta, or cottage cheese. Lol,will let you know what I end up with.
@@lemoncrinckles I have a smidge of mozzarella, some parmesan, some havarti, and a boatload of assorted cheddar. I'm thinking of a cheesy veggie paste ( I have some veggies in serious need of using) and I will figure out the pasta. Haven't been able to find jumbo shells in a while ( the sewer pipe noodles just hit me wrong, how weird is that?) Might try making shells.Have plenty of tomato sauce.
Hi, Martha. Nice to hear from you. It's about 60 degrees here with a forecast low of 36. Supposed to go back into the 40s here over the weekend. I don't envy you the heat, my friend. Hope you have air conditioning, if you need it. Please stay well! (:

I love this fattening stuff, lol. So ...I have it rarely and it's so yummy! Hope you're keeping well Stef.❤❤❤❤
Not that fattening, Tracy. You can have a very generous serving for around 500 calories. (:
Ça y est, j’ai faim ! :)

Have you got any pasta, sauce, any kind of cheese at all? Keep it simple. It'll still taste good. (:
