Because gibson LP is very heavy... This glarry guitar is lighter that's why it's much more fun to use

I just bought one in black supposed to arrive on Monday,hope it's as good as the last one I had it was playable out of the box tune and play.This is a really fun guitar to play.

Ive had a few of them, they're not too bad with some proper tlc. They have crap tuners and the pick ups need some puttering with. It was really noisy at first but tinfoiling the inside the body made a huge difference and took away the buzz without affecting the town. Not the best guitar but far from the worst, with some basic modding its a pretty killer deal. It's a cheap guitar so you really cant expect top notch standards but out of all the cheap internet guitars ive gotten over the years, its one of the few thats still in semi frequent use.

I got one of these off of someone who got it to learn, they procrastinated, never got it out of the box and they then gifted it to me. So can’t do much better in terms of value than free.
That said, the first fret’s shark tooth inlay was cracked and one half fell off kinda randomly?
Then when I went to change the strings, the cheap pot metal block was so horrible the string’s ball end was actually stuck in there and there was reasonable way to get it out lol it really made the Squier blocks seem like top of the line components in comparison.
So the entire block was trashed at the first string change. But that’s relatively easily replaceable.
The worst part for me was the frets. They were completely uneven and unless you play with a lot of relief on the neck, this causes it to buzz unless you set the action too high to be reasonable for most.
I’ve kept it as a project guitar and in curious if I can turn it into something playable without spending more than $50 just for fun. But I’d never recommend anyone to take the risk of spending $90 on one of these. You’re much better off trying to get a used Ibanez Gio or entry level RG for that price.

If you Google Bogren Digital AmpKnob you’ll find it there. It’s based on the Mesa Rectifier, they have a free trial version. Hope that helps!

I’d recommend something from the Blackstar Debut series. They’re analog and take pedals really well. If you want something that takes pedals well, is very light, sounds good at low volumes but is still loud enough to gig with, the Debut 50R is perfect. But if you don’t need the volume and it’s 100% only for home practise, the lower wattage Debut versions are ideal, like the Debut 15. Hope that helps!

Thank you for the quick answer. The thing is I had the Blackstar Lt-Echo 15, very similar to the Debut 15, and I didn't like it with pedals tbh. I guess with amps you get what you pay for, unlike with guitars. @@JakeLeighGuitar
