I’m still surprised someone can actually mentally get through something like this outside of hospital I wish I would be able 2 do that I hope u realize how and other people what she is doing is extremely difficult

24 hours being off Benzos for me is worse feeling in the world it’s the most pain It gives me hope that I could eventually taper off a bit in the future thank you for doing this u are a legend for this
