I’m going through this now. It’s so stressful. I’ve never seen my feet, legs and hands look like this. I didn’t have this much swelling after childbirth.

Try an anti inflammation diet. Some breath work and don't drink too much water.

Thank you so much for all your videos, especially this one! My doctor does not talk to me about my symptoms at all. Unfortunately, here in BC, Canada, there is a family doctor shortage so I will have to wait for a very long time to find a doctor who helps me.

I wear knee high compression socks when I am on my feet for long periods. I have an active job so wear them then and when I am doing activities that include being on my feet, like hiking. Thank you for sharing all your valuable information, you are the best menopause information resource I have found yet online. :) :)

Hello, am going through menopause for the last five years, for the past two years I have this itching all over my body. I have visited my GP several times and he gave me allergy medicine. It worked for a while but the itching is now unbearable, doctor did blood test and said there is nothing wrong with me. I have not seen anyone talk about itching as a menopausal symptom. Am I alone? Help!

Are you having hot flashes? My OBGyn told me that hot flashes and anxiety go hand in hand. Could be anxiety. Effexor has helped my hot flashes and anxiety. I start itching or feeling little stings all over when it’s close to time to taking my medicine.

      Hi Emma
This is a difficult question to answer as it may depend on what the exact cause is. If it's hormone related rather than say, high blood pressure or arthritis, then yes, most women will see this ease.
