Passing the guard is hard... And maybe even harder in no-gi as opposed to gi passing (let me know your thoughts on this in the comments btw). Today we look at how we can pass the supine no-gi guard effectively. As always; I hope you enjoy, please subscribe, check out our Patreon or BJJfanatics and big Osú!

Great video Tum. I'm sure you've heard this before, but your understanding of the moves, and your ability to coach them effectively really is exceptional! 👏👍👊

    Hi Tum !
I follow you since our encounter in the Jason Rau seminar last year about 50/50 positions, these are similar guard pass that he showed us,your videos are always so concise and rich,I love it.
I use a lot of torreando passing in my nogi game and now my objective is to develop a polyvalent system of guard passing with more pressure based guard pass (bodylock for example) and I want to quickly chains between different types of guard pass.
Do you know good ressources (you mentionned Gordon Ryan instructionnal) about guard passing systems in nogi that teach us how to chains different guard pass ???
Thanks for your work in the bjj community, you're amazing !
    Kind regards.
    Elias

@@eliasdenis7761 Elias! I really appreciate you taking the time to write that and thank you for the compliments! I truly appreciate that and it is 100% what keeps me going with the channel and content.
To answer your question, yes Gordon has some stuff on it; London grapple has some free videos on their channel that are pretty good as well! And I always recommend Lachlan’s submeta and courses!
I myself am dropping our first shortcourse (hopefully this month) which is not really on passing but it is on top control and chaining things together, dm me on insta or so and I’ll happily hook you up.

Thank you! Could you possibly do a Torreando defense vid? From early to late stage please.

Yeah I agree. A defense to this j-point camping position would be awesome. I haven’t seen anyone teach a defense to it yet

Great idea! I’ll put it on our shoot list. Have some patience and stay tuned (and turn on notifications!)
We are moving the studio these months but will film soon!

8:32 this is a very important detail. Knowing when to switch back from camping to a knee cut or vice versa is a game changer.

This is one of B Team / Danaher Team passing. They call it J (jeopardy) point, Camping position. You may camp here quite a time to tire opponent.
