I bought this because i used to get a flat tire on my bike at least once every two months. When i was a child i loved riding those scooters. I lost my drivers license for 7 months while drunk driving an e-scooter so i will never touch those things. My work way is 10 min. I love it. Be safe everyone and don’t do stupid stuff. I learned from my mistakes.
They changed the product: There is no strap anymore and you won't see the suspension of the rear weel anymore from above. Check the product page before you order or you might be a little bit disappointed.
I will get one too end of the month ❤️🏃🏻♀️ I need to lose some weight around my hip area and this is perfect ! Remember not to forget using your weak side too, don’t use only 1 leg swap by time
@@halofanatiks I didn’t buy the roller after all , i did have a strict diet , basically everyday the same breakfasts and dinner , and any lunch but only home made, no take aways! Breakfast: porridge 1 serving amount, with blueberries and 1 banana. Nothing else and 1 cup orange juice. Dinner 2 boiled eggs or fried eggs or scrambled eggs. Lunch can be anything but remember no snacking only 1 bar of chocolate a day like 30g chocolate and any chocolate over 150kcal just forget about it. That’s all , and also you can still drink like Fanta , Coke or Sprite but remember you have to drink sugar free version of this drinks!!!!!
I would agree. I have a similar scooter but it only has a mudguard brake. It is a little bit scary going downhill. I didn't realise that the brake is not very effective. It was only after I purchased it, went for a ride and then read the instructions which said the foot brake is only good for slowing down. Fortunately there aren't too many hills around here! Its a great little video though....
I'm 58 and I love mine - I don't currently drive so I use this to go shopping and just fold it up and pop it in the trolley, although I also have a bike chain for it so I can leave it outside.
Is the hand brake better than the rear wheel fender brake? I have an older Town 7 without the hand brake, and it feels unsafe to go downhill (say -9% slope) at normal speed, I need to press the fender brake well in advance to even hope to slow to a stop. Feels like trying to stop a train. Is the handlebar brake more responsive, if I buy this model, will I be more confident going downhill?
The handbrake is much much better. I would never go downhill with only the fender brake. In combination you come to a full stop immediately if necessary. My advice allways buy a kick scooter with handbrake for recreational purposes.

dont get fooled, it seems noiseless because of the music, but in real life if the road is completely flat scooters can be very loud. always test it first for yourself if you can or find youtube test vids where you can hear the actual sound of the scooter instead of useless sellout music..

Yes, according to us it feels a little bit more comfortable compared to Town 9 EF. The 7 XL model has double (front and back) suspension which 9 EF does not have (only front).
hi, nice review. I am wondering if you have tried oxelo mid 9. Do you think mid 9 is suitable for adult? after folding up, mid 9 seems smaller and lighter, easy to carry. What's your opinion.
I am riding "OXELO Town 9 easy fold v2" and I personally think that I just wasted my money away. I just spent ~141 Euros / 168 $ on a heavy, loud and unreliable piece and of /*s...*/ metal. It is also a struggle to carry it with me folded.
@@bedtimestories2027 i bought a Razor. It was cheap and did the job. Did bend a little, but i would go pretty fast downhills and abused it. And i was 95kg then. Very cheap, very light to carry. I removed the back brake, cant recall why now. I think it was just bugging me
Hi! I have just bought this scooter, all the clips that release it to unfold and raise the handlebars are really hard to unlock, did you find this at first? Will I just need to move them more or should I put some oil to loosen them? Thanks

Подшипники китайское говно 608ZZ с пятью шариками никуда не годны. Через две недели хруст и квадратные шарики. Любая песчинка попадает внутрь и подшипник необратимо разрушается в короткий срок. Там нужно ставить в лучшем случае 6082RS и АВЕС9 не меньше. Или вообще другой диаметр с бОльшим размером внешнего кольца и шариков. Сами колеса, то есть резина стираются за сезон, км до 15 пробега не будет половины высоты от первоначального протектора, новые стоят от 1500. Нормальные надувные обошлись бы дешевле!
too many connecting parts.I think it feels very wobbly when riding on it. Sad that I cannot find solid adult scooter. I would prefer not foldable , the more compact you can transform it for transportation the more wobbly it feels when actually riding.
folding mecanism is awfull. very bad. some screws drop. ı use something to fix them. oxelo cant do that👎 ı wonder what a bad design has it ( ı must confess that the mecanism is excellent. yesterday ı dismantle the scooter. and fix the jammed parts. so it is working perfectly now. sory guys)
MrsMagdalenaKamila it's not that difficult once you get the hang of it. The thing is while pushing the lever forward do not press against the floor, kind of grab the front end of the deck as if you were grabbing a burger, leave the front wheel light and with your thumb or both thumbs push forward on the lever, once it clicks, simply fold it.

In your conclusion, you missed one important disadvantage: When the road is wet, the brake of the scooter works really bad.

Depends on your fitness and the floor quality. On a flat road, about 15-17 km/h, the effort is comparable to cross-country skiing.

You can use which one you want and it also serves as a protection for water/mud/ debree

Front brake and rear brake makes it safer as you may be riding too fast to just jump off.

I have this scooter, wheels are too hard, it only works on smooth road, you get a numb leg from all the vibrations

you can upgrade to air wheels. Its a bit pricey and you have more wheel resistance but it´s an option.

Hi, unfortunately we haven't ried that one but it should be ok for an adult up to 1.85m tall and weighing up to 100 kg :)
