Nobody sings this as well as our Austin can. My personal favorite and the most fantastic version ever done. Tim suggested that a lot of babies would be born after this was released. Don't know how that turned out but it probably did increase our population 😅. Glad you like it. 🥰

Yes, Austin nailed it. He gives himself completely here and also plays very well with the cameras. The great harmonies, deep bass and the unbelievably freaking good beatboxing/vocal percussion/vocal sounds finish it all off for me. I think it sounds perfect because of all the different beautiful voices. I grew up performing Percy Sledge which I already loved. Then came Michael Bolton's performance where I couldn't say for sure if it was better or not. But this one from Home Free certainly is.

These men are simply amazing!
Austin's voice was made for this song. He absolutely crushed it. Those harmonies the guys wove throughout are beautiful and Tim's bass is gorgeous. Adam's beat boxing/vocal percussion was next level and inspired. Nobody crafts a song like Home Free. Great reaction, again.
This one took a bit of encouragement for Austin to do. Tim had been after him to do the song but Austin didn't want to step on anyone's toes, mainly Michael Bolton since he had done the most recent cover of this song. So Tim (being Tim) contacted Michael Bolton and talked to him about it. He gave Austin the "Go ahead and sing it!" and so we were graced by this lovely song.
That’s the first time I’ve heard the last part of that story. I wonder if Michael Bolton ever commented on it after it posted.

Austin did a fabulous job of this classic song. Loved Percy Sledge's version, but this was taken to another level. I think it is also better than Michael Bolton's version. And remember this was done during quarantine, so the guys weren't even together. The backing harmonies are great, along with Tim's bass. And Adam's vocal percussion is outstanding. This is why these guys are my favorite a cappella group.

I've always loved Percy Sledge's original & Home Free's is as good if not better (however, I wasn't a fan of Michael Bolton's rendition - I just thought it a little over-wrought). Austin has some originals ("Earn It", "If I Met You Now", "Rest of My Life") on his channel as well as covers. You should watch his cover of "Ain't No Sunshine" paying special attention to the talk at the end of it - it's of special interest to reactors.
P.S. - When Tim is singing lead, Adam Chance does the bass. Kudos to Chris Rupp - he has an incredible talent for finding talent!
