Even though Spark is a v0 competitor and the new VS Code is a competitor to Cursor, I still feel my days are numbered as a developer. At least with the small stuff.
Like you said, the small stuff. You should be "The Expert" so that you can help shift how your organization uses and emplacement these NL based programming development environments. You will not be coding line by line ever again. You will just turn into a code Orchestrater. Don't sit back and let a business analyst take that job from you! Dev+AI>BA+AI
No, wtf! It’s even better, more opportunties, more & better projects. Just imagine what you can build with it. You will be able to offer full apps or full app rebuilds for various cases instead of small tweaks and tiny apps. Even for the small changes at first you will be able to charge almost the same as earlier and do it 5x faster, because the market is not changing in 1 day and there will still be issues to figure out manually.
I have the beta access to it. It’s starting to look more and more like cursor but you get rate limited way too often. Like after 5 or 6 prompts it tells you please wait 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours etc…

"Coder" is about to become a thing of the past (ignore the devcels that will inevitably try to ridicule me, it's over for them). No such thing as a "no coder", you're as good as a coder.
Saying that Gemini 1.5 is not talked about as much as Claude 3.5 is hilarious. Gemini 1.5 is the only serious model any large scale product has a hope of integrating, their API usage absolutely dwarfs Anthropic.
U just gotta let these systems go wild, then fix the bugs after it has beat the code to death with app features and optimization and security. 😂 then u get an app way better than ur human brain can whip up in a FRACTION of the time and cost to build. Like 1/100000
What took me 30 days to design and code now i can do in day and debug in two. I use it for my own business needs.
Which means you would never hire a developer. And devcels still mocking AI, failing to realize that it truly is over for them.

It'd be really hard to get a job in 3 years, as all beginners Will be just as good

You should be happy and excited about that 😊 Coding sucks! I’ve been coding for 40 years, trust me 😅
If your job as a dev was making wordpress sites then yeah, good riddance
thanks for the update
Thanks for tuning in!

Does the copilot edit have the ability to go back to previous working version if something goes wrong with the edit?
There is a thing called git
@m.f.mfazrin8720 yeah I know that. But aider do the thing automatically with git. I am asking if it can also do that
What would you recommend for a no-coder?
Bolt or Spark?

Use Cursor. You will blow through the credits way too fast with those two.
I use aidark

@@StarContract I mean i built few simple webpages, customized already existing ones, did some webapps from scratch with the help of AI but thats all
Description reads "Claud 3.5" -- was it AI Generated?
Thanks! Fixed - yes description + timestamps are AI generated through my video editor
An A.I powered software used to operate A.I powered platforms. nice...
