    Great video Lii, and lovely to hear from you. You are doing lots of good things to support your physical health and mental wellbeing. I will include some of them in my own routine. I am very bad at staying hydrated - I never feel thirsty, so you gave me a helpful reminder. You have made good choices in your supplements - I am taking pretty much the same. Vitamin D is being thoroughly studied for MS, and looks to be useful. It's not always easy for mothers to get enough rest, because the children are never far from their thoughts!       Absolutely, staying hydrated is a struggle for me, especially because I love to have coffee so much! Have you tried magnesium before going to bed? Have you felt benefits?
