@@jazharp1 If it wasn’t for the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean - spanning ten thousand miles between Los Angeles and Cape Town.- I would have collaborated with you on my 120-bass accordion and performed this jazz classic: What a wonderful world. I can hardly imagine what harmonious blend of music these two instruments would create! Who knows? Maybe, one day in the near future. In the meantime, please keep on channeling your beautiful music through your harp.

I've played the harp as a child and I'm really doubting whether to start again or not. This piece of art has pushed me in the direction of playing again.
I heard you play outside near the Ocean I was floored I was lost driving around somewhere and I saw a street blockage. So I parked and walk to the area and I could hear a Soothing Melody Sound that made me forget I lost and I felt Great. I listened to you play and I asked your name all I could think about was your Beautiful Gift in making the harp talk clear and grabbing. WOW!!!! BOTH HANDS UP

It was a Sunny Day, I was like not knowing (care free) where I was going or for what city I was in SoCal. Time off vacation took long drive got off the 405 I am sure, I could smell the ocean air. I bought you CD and treasured it. Really WOW!!!!!
Got back to the Base in Okinawa and played it at work, Everyone was floored. Your CD was my Most valuable treasure, I am going to buy everything I can on your website before summer, so I can take another vacation down the coast.

Non , je ne veux pas te faire pleurer , car mes larmes à moi sont du bonheur . Je viens d'écouter d'autres enregistrements de toi , notamment duo basse et harpe , j'ai rarement entendu dans ma vie une telle musique qui lie la harpe à la musique contemporaine . Oui , c'est à la fois de la sensibilité , une sensation d'évasion , une image audio qui nous transporte vers un ciel merveilleux . Mais je voudrai te demander : connais-tu une harpiste du nom de LoÏs Collins qui avait jouée notamment avec Pharohah Sanders et autres musiciens de (free)jazz . Je cherche des enregistrements d'elle mais n'en trouve pas . Merci Lori pour tout le bonheur que m'apporte ta musique et tu as toute mon amitié . Cordialement . NORBERT .

So here I am on The Gold Coast of Australia explaining to my mate, Cathy, how the pedal steel guitar works. As if I really knew. And I told her that the Orchestral Harp is even MORE complicated and I suddenly remembered you. I simply never thought of finding you here. You are such a natural at making a normally stiff upright piece of metal absolutely SWING! I'm sure Grover Washington Jr would lover your interpretation!! And I just LOVE your playing, as I always did!

Hi Tracy, none of my charts are written for harp, I take either piano charts and adapt for harp, lead sheets or make a chart by ear off the audio. Hope that helps!

I remember Larry Corryell touring in France (where I live btw) and explaining that, as a jazz guitarist, he was not considered important in the U.S. It's possible Europeans have more respect for jazz artists. Anywway I have been to the states only 2 times for very short visits, do'nt know much of it really, . Thank you for taking the time of rekonning my few words. So sweet of you! :)
Oh, I think you are absolutely CORRECT!! Jazz artists are so much more appreciated in Europe, Japan, etc than in our own countries. Thank you for realizing that... maybe we'll move to France!!!
