Fraud behind Sandeep Bhaiya TVF Aspirant show: What if Gandhiji Founded Unacademy for IAS in 1930?
Aspirants is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language web series produced by The Viral Fever (TVF) and created by Arunabh Kumar and Shreyansh Pandey, written by Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish and was directed by Apoorv Singh Karki. It stars Naveen Kasturia, Shivankit Parihar, Abhilash Thapliyal, Namita Dubey, and Sunny Hinduja. The story follows three friends, Abhilash, Guri, and SK who are preparing for the UPSC exam at Rajinder Nagar, Delhi.
TVF Aspirants is about the past and present of three friends, Abhilash, Guri, and SK, who are UPSC aspirants. The past explains their UPSC Aspirant life in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, and their struggle to crack the examination, while the present examines their lives outside the Rajinder Nagar as adults.
The series is set in Old Rajinder Nagar, a locality in Delhi that is home to several coaching centers and hostels for UPSC aspirants. The story revolves around Abhilash, Guri, and SK, three friends who are preparing for the UPSC exam. The series portrays the ups and downs of their lives, their personal and professional struggles, and their relationships with each other and with their families.
An exit from the K-12 segment, a trickle of layoffs numbering nearly 1,000 employees, allegations of toxic culture, a developer-centric SaaS experiment, fighting off major competition in offline coaching, winding down US operations in a matter of months, pay cuts for the leadership, revoking perks and employee benefits - the past six months have been the shakiest in Unacademy’s journey.
A series exploring the journey of Sandeep Bhaiya (Sunny Hinduja), all the way from his childhood days and failed examination attempts, to becoming one of the most respected mentors for UPSC aspirants.
Cast: Sunny Hinduja, Deepali Gautam, Punit Tiwari, Rajendra Gupta, Abhinav Anand

In this write-up, I'm going to be detailing the various layers of your MisFits journey.
I want to build MisFits publicly. I want to build it publicly because we would like to be held accountable for every action, inaction, or innovation in your MisFits Journey.
It takes a lot of courage to put one's reputation in line, and I am proudly going to do it - because I trust in this methodology.
In the journey, there will be moments when we'd fail, we will pivot, and we will get frustrated. In fact, I can promise you that the journey is NOT going to be easy. Nothing worth achieving in life comes easy.
But I assure you, we will come out stronger - because the entire experience is going to be so transformational for you.
The entire MisFits experience is going to be segmented into three layers.
    1. Layer 1: Layer 1 will focus on the completion of standard books. This completion won't be in a 'traditional' format. The IFS fellows will analyze, critically think, communicate, and structure their thoughts as they complete the syllabus via Layer 1.
All books will be standard - coaching material, or notes taking won't be promoted in layer 1. I want you to fall in love with subjects. All the sessions will be engaging, and interactive, and will follow a Harvard Case Style Socratic Methodology.
The critical analysis of topics discussed will then be tied up not just with the world of politics, and international affairs, but also with the world of Business and public policy. Layer 1 in nutshell focuses on foundations. Layer 2 will build on this foundation. The reason for focusing on layer 1 is that almost all the UPSC aspirants will read the same 'standard' books, watch the same material, and have an almost similar strategy - engaging in layer 1 will give IFS Fellows at MisFits.bet a unique advantage over their peers.
In less than 3 months of continuous learning, IFS Fellows will realize how valuable this experience is.It might take some time to acclimatize to the learning methodology. It took me some time as well during my time at Harvard, Fletcher, and Tuck.
Without falling in love with learning - you can't clear this exam.
    2. Layer 2 will focus on revisions, retention, and test-solving methodologies.
It goes in tandem with Layer 1. All the IFS fellows will be required to mandatorily complete the readings of standard chapters (that we will assign) after every class.
IFS Fellows will realize that it will be relatively easy for them to retain information. They will understand better, they will connect the dots better, and most importantly - they will read through the materials more efficiently. Readings will be divided into chunks so that IFS Fellows can also internalize those learnings.
After completion of the syllabus - there will be separate sessions on Test Solving. For example, in the UPSC Prelims examination - no candidate is expected to solve 100% o

The problem is settling for mediocrity, it's rich coming from someone who is barely able to decide a career path and is daydreaming for excellence but we can all try. If you have financial strain then work and save up. I have been working since 17 and still am with a full time job while simultaneously preparing, not for civil services as I don't consider it worthwhile for me at least but group B and below due to the syllabus developing aptitude instead of mindless consumption of data. I had wasted my youth in pursuing other endeavours which I realised wasn't scalable. Even if you get selected in lower service, I think the point he made is to still pursue greatness and not to stop. Save up and then pursue an MBA.

Indian govt. should provide jobs on the basis of skills and experience not on the basis of studying Quantitative & Reasoning aptitude, History of India etc. If govt. says that just to become a Bank PO, you have to have experience of 8 years working in a Private Bank or some other job, then young people will grab that job instead of sitting unemployed and reading Quant, Reasoning, English etc.
Just like many other people, I also got 10 CGPA in 10th class and my photo and name came in newspaper but this doesn't mean that all the subjects were my favourite. I liked to study only maths and physics, not history, civics, geography and biology.
Based on this I developed my interest in maths and then in Computer Science later on. Now, I am in one of the IITs pursuing my PhD. I am a problem solver now. I have skills to solve a problem.
I never choose to prepare for UPSC because I don't like to study history, polity, current affairs etc.
You should be appreciated for the kind of work you have done not on the basis of some "Jabardast entry" videos where someone opens your car door.
Sadly, most people gets motivated by these kind of videos. and just start preparing without thinking what they really like to do.

Sharing my personal experience here. Once received a call from one of these companies. Basically they call a person and ask for video interaction. Interaction can only happen when your parents or any other person should be the part of the meeting. I denied saying that my parents are in a rural area and they don't have android mobile. My parents are illiterate. My parents don't even know pure Hindi. Guess what? They cancelled that meeting. These big giant companies are not for the welfare of weaker sections of society. Their primary market is urban areas because people can pay huge fees and can easily attract their products. But they don't know that 70% of India's population is living in rural areas. Being a first generation learner of family, it is very difficult to get guidance.

I recently read "Start With Why?" by Simon Sinek, emphasizing the importance of consistently asking ourselves the question "Why?" when embarking on new endeavors. This concept resonates in the business world, where companies often decline when they lose sight of their original purpose. Byju's, for instance, initially aimed to revolutionize education but shifted focus to chasing evaluations, resulting in current challenges. It serves as a powerful reminder of the significance of staying true to one's purpose.

Glamorizing preapration for job for years and in 30s is extremely counter productive espically in 21sth century and saying that its the only option for lower and middle class is miopic. Respecting Upsc is fine but showing that its only thing which a lower or middle class can do and every tom dick and harry who has the ability to think and is slighty intelligent should do it is extremely stupid. In 21st century the opportunities to upscale your life are endless. I love your content sir, you dont glorify this job, you tell us as it is, you dont sell the poison of motivation. You give alternate solutions to people who failed to clear this exam. Gandhiji scaled it partially by hijacking the national movement for the good of Indians only, he connected with rural India (95%+ of Indian population) at that time kind of (similar to what modi ji is trying to do, finding ways to be proud of what we are). He would travel in general coaches of trains, khadi clothes to promote local production as well as farmers, peaceful protest by doing hunger strikes, people saw a hero that couldn't be defeated, although some incident like chauri chaura did tarnish his godlike image but still masses were highly influenced by the idea of Gandhiji

I wan tot add one more point here that in these series you will see Unacedemy is mainly targetting the UP Bihar students and NO student from Mah, Guj or from any of the South Indian state is seen.
This is typically playing with the emotions of the aspirants by speaking fluent hindi , showing how "gareeb" the aspirants are and also hiding the actual reality of preparation.
In Sandeep Bhaiyya they show the girl covers the Daily CA by hearing the daily tea stall radio only , i mean are you serious?; everyone knows the time you need to put in for CA, its the most imp part.
In Aspirants they showed in 1st episode that Abhilash was taking advice on how to take Optional from everyone in ORN but never shown checking the Syllabus of any Optional Subject!!!
In short they glorify this whole preparation and shows that its a battle of life and attract audience through this.

Hello Naman bhaiya. CSE 2023 was my last attempt (age factor), started preparing at age 29, coz I wanted to have no regrets later in life. I thought, at worst, I will still be eligible n try for state civil services. However, something dint resonate and I didn’t start preparing for state civil service after failing in my last attempt (2023). I took time and was exploring my options (I m BALLB LLM NET). This video of yours helped me make the right decision and I have chosen judicial services instead of STATE CS. At 2.20 what you said, is what I exactly felt, that option B should is sth very diff from upsc. For me, judicial services is that. Thank you for making this video. Now, I have full fledged into judicial service preparation and honestly it feels like my soul has come back alive which I felt missing somehow in state CS and even during UPSC prep.

And made me even hate the product or company more for shamelessly plugging their ads in the struggle of those characters, discrediting their sacrifices and putting their brand first as the reason for their achievement. If a person who is preparing for UPSC doesn’t understand or see it for what it is, I personally think they should look for some other things. Companies do media review once or twice a year, where they discuss their future media allocations. Unless they see a positive ROI trend, they will not invest in those campaigns . Greetings Sir,
To me that's a perspective you are bringing to the table. I am not an aspirant but what fascinates me are advertising & content development . What TVF did in "Aspirant" is mere product placement(Unacademy) and it continued with the spinoff "Sandeep Bhaiya" but even as an advertising professional I was surprised with amount of footage they gave to the product/sponsor in "Sandeep Bhaiya".
TVF's audience is vast(been following since it's inception) & there are some great lessons in their work which include Aspirant & SB. From an outsider's perspective(non aspirant) just aspirants are not the the major audience of Aspirant & SB. And I would suggest you should reconsider the word 'Fraud'.

    1. Create a people centric organisation which values employees, customers and other stakeholders over Numbers and data.
    2. Refer back to core human values while designing the product which means is our product changing someones life and the impact which we are bringing in society.(keeping in mind certain values for which the organisation would never compromise)
    3. A good product ensures that my customers are my brand ambassador and therefore saving tons of capital otherwise consumed in marketing campaigns.
    4. Clearly Comunicating my objectives of being present in the market i.e. the change we wish to bring and how much capable we are to do so.
