For anyone who is gonna get upset with Kenzie for saying that the apartments, and some of the rooms looked small….please keep in mind that any empty room or just any empty apartment and house, is gonna look big on the inside, because there’s nothing in them. However, once the furniture gets put in, and once Kenzie decides on where she wants to place everything, the rooms are probably gonna start to look a bit smaller, because the more stuff you add to a space, unless you’re practical with where and how you place everything….the rooms will lose some space, making them much smaller. Kenzie posted on her IG story that some people thought she was being ungrateful for how small some of the rooms looked, when not everyone is able to have a big apartment or a big home…..she’s not being ungrateful. Not everyone enjoys being in a cramped, and small place, even if you like having a small apartment/house and a small room, I doubt you would enjoy being in one that is so small that you can barely put even a normal sized bed, or a dresser in and that you could barely move around in. Plus she never said that small apartments or small rooms were a bad thing, some of you might’ve just interpreted that negatively.

It’s actually the other way around! I’m a realtor and having furniture in rooms makes them appear bigger and especially bc you can see how much stuff can fit
not just that, but if she can afford to live in an apartment with bigger bedrooms, why would she choose one with small bedrooms? the people who said that she's being ungrateful are just petty
@@isiikk Hey, totally agree that she’s allowed to find the rooms small because for her they probably are small :) I just wanted to point out that Bri A is right. They have actually done studies on it that prove that a unfurnished room appears smaller than a furnished room which is really interesting because you’d think it would the the other way around :)

Being from 3rd world and see how in other countries is so easy to move out at such a young age is so frustrating, here is so hard even having a career and a full time job is really really hard almost imposible 😔 I am so happy for kenz that she can do it at 18! All the places are beautiful
Wtf it IS NOT easy to move out at such a young age. She had money there is a difference. Normal teens who didn’t grow up on a freaking tv show and have easy access to brand deals and stuff like me would not be able to do this. Idk I didn’t like how you said that :/
Just because she comes form a rich background, which is not something bad but US is really not a place to give as an example for an “easy to live in”country. A regular person would probably struggle with moving at that age, plus most of them move in dorms for college which also can cost a lot+ tuitions
Lol its not. You shouldn’t determine how a WHOLE COUNTRY works from a single youtube video posted by a successful celebrity. 🙄 Thats unrealistic and frankly really dumb.
Kenzie has a full blown professional career, which is very rare for others her age. Unless they’re young and successful entrepreneurs, trust fund kids, or some type of celebrity, 18 year olds in America will NOT be moving out with such ease. Especially in LA. Most 18 year olds will be in a college dorm or living at home.
Its actually become so uncommon for people to be financially stable in the US that there were news stories on how kids are moving out +5 years later than they used to.
Trust me it’s really not that easy

You act like this was handed to her… she sacrificed her childhood to make this money and now she gets to enjoy it. I’m sure those bedrooms were tiny compared to what you could get for her budget.

Well keep in mind that the rooms are empty. So of course any empty room is gonna look pretty huge, but once you put the furniture in….depending on where everything gets placed, the rooms might start to look smaller.

Yeah I wouldn't live in the number 2 apartment knowing that Im going to be too scared to walk out the door even though the apartment was nice I would b scared the whole time and it would freak me out .
