You can move to my house, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage, nice back yard which is connected to a golf course, plenty of ponds and trails for hiking, running and exercise. Less BS of NYC…I have a garden and next to mountains. You drive or take the bus to the city and it’s $4.50 round trip if you don’t want to take my BMW…
Plus I’m completely single, debt free….and I pay $1,723.89 per month for my home loan. The utilities are relatively cheap….it’s quiet and many birds around

Pro tip from a fellow New Yorker: If your apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher, buy a countertop dishwasher that you can attach to the sink. Worth every penny!

Be careful about showing too much of the area you live in tho, esp since your apartment has a balcony!!! There was another popular UA-camr who got stalked from her NYC apartment tour...her stalker stood outside her fire escape staircase so I just don't want that to happen to you :/

Yes, I’m confused by that. I can see taking an Uber if you are coming back from a club very late at night or if you bought a lot of groceries or some other large items that are hard to carry, but as an everyday thing?

Your playing around on the fire escape gave me palpitations. Frederick would have suited me the best - old ladies don't make a lot of noise 😂😂😂 That drop down ironing board would save you having to buy one and finding somewhere to put it. Agreed that the tiled room was off putting. What struck me most, though, is the general disorder of the spaces. I guess all those carefully manicured, social media images is not the reality.
Honestly I wish we could have asked the previous tenants nefore we mived into our current house. It has so many tiny issues that you have to live there before you figure it out. All the doors have to be banged 😢 gives me a mini headache everytime. Whenever rain falls heavily the house floods and there are leaks every where. Kitchen room so annoying 😪

Can someone American please clarify why Darren was too good to be true? If it's just the realtor, I'd just suck it up since you only have to interact with them until you get the apartment.
Why were the reviews bad? What kind of complaints could one have if the interior and location is that gorgeous? I honestly don't get it. I fear I'm lacking the cultural know how to understand what could be wrong here
