Most of the time the reason I can't sleep is because I have too many thoughts in my head! Try to journal or write everything down (with a pencil and paper) and keep writing until you've gotten it all out. Once that clears your mind, sleeping gets easier!

I haven’t seen Dance Moms in years until I randomly started watching it on YT recently, and it’s crazy how fast the ALDC students grew up. Kenzie is so grown up and I barely even recognized her (I remembered her being 7 years old on dance moms).
The trick that helped me with going to sleep cuase I had the same issue is don’t use your bed that much during the day don’t sit on it don’t lay on it don’t touch it. Then your body knows when you lay in bed oh it’s time for sleep lol. Love you Kenzie have a great day
