Can confirm this one. I've been farming Jolly Ranchers here for the past week.
CMDR LilacLight, from Canonn, told me she saw other ocurrences like that in different ruins she surveyed, even cases of towers without relics! Its cause is unknown but it's believed to be a bug.
What's the location, if you don't mind me asking? I haven't seen that before...looks neat!
