Great video. Just picked up an MT10 brushed, and now brushless looking forward to practicing jumps like you were doing. Your jump looks great, would appreciate to see more details on how it goes together. What are the tires you swapped to? You're using them so I assume the air control was better than stock?
So the tires and wheels are in the description. I just didn’t think the stock wheels and tires had a ton of control. They aren’t bad, but the ones I swapped to are bigger and priced well. Very inexpensive. I’ll see how they hold up since they have little use so far.
If you wanna learn how to do the more difficult front flip I would suggest a taller ramp for more hang time in the air so you can practice, nice back flips though and the mt10 v2 is the perfect platform to learn on, it’s a tank🤙
Hello,, great clip of mt 10 is it the v2? Could you please tell me what kind battery connection they use on it is it T PLUG , ALSO CALLED DEAN'S. THANKS.
@@Danielxperez14 deans doesn’t typically do well with lower voltage. I prefer XT60’s or higher. Also, Deans are not my favorite to solder. XT60’s are much easier.
@@patrickconey7643 as in lower voltage do you mean like 3s and lower batteries? I have 2 and 3s deans batteries and never had issues so not sure why people don’t like them, one thing to note is my cars come with deans stock so that’s why I have deans in the first place, I don’t do any sotering only an adapter maybe
@@patrickconey7643 those tires look like it gave it more control. My experience on this rig is there is a fine line on having more air control with heavier tires and heavier tires n more grip bending/braking axle stubs. Been trying cheap amazon ones for a while. Theres not a perfect one for everything. I just swap them depending if i wanna slide or jump.
www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0B14KJ4CL?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title They work really well so far. I like the look too. They are slightly larger than the stock tires. Gonna switch back to see how the stock feel on long jumps. I just want good air control.
Thank you for the shout out Patrick!! Your jumps are really looking amazing!! 💪😁
MT10 Just arrived today 😊😊 batteries charging just now
nice

Great vid. I have a brand new MT10 on the way 😃

What's the best way to make your own ramp, whats your measurements. Thanks for the awesome content 👏 🎉
So I used a 2x4 for the cross beams and plywood for the base. I’ll get you some measurements soon.
Where do they sell spares for this truck? And upgrades, thanks

Yeah, it’s the V2 which nothing really changed much between it and the V1. Comes with a deans but I put a XT60 on it. Not a deans fan at all.
@@patrickconey7643why not a deans fan?

way to air it out man! thats how u do it.
Thanks. Just now learning air control. Takes some practice but I’m getting it.

Front flips are hard to do, more luck then skill about half the time 😆
I’ll try again coming up. I want to be able to do front flips too.
What tires? You're jumping that well!

Has your steering locked up on bad landings or does the servo twitch? Mine does it every time I run it. I might have to upgrade the servo.
Only time the servo twitches is when the truck is upside down because the gyro in it is trying to find center. It has not locked up.
