They have performed with a singer from sweden called PelleK which sings in japanese for an anime called Tokyo Ghoul the song is called Unravel, PelleK almost have 4mill subscribers and specialize in anime covers english and japanese, this was uploaded on both Asterism and PelleK's youtube channel about 2 months ago its the same video on both channels so i'll drop the link to Asterism's upload here - ua-cam.com/video/NbsocuHnZZM/v-deo.html

Love this song. They are phenomenal. Hai-Cal is a natural born metal guitarist. Her moves, facial expressions and play style flow naturally and come as easily as breathing does to the rest of us. the bass player.. wow.. i would put him up against any bass player ever and he would hold his own, no problem.

Maybe being 16 gives Hal-Ca all the nerve in the world, but about month before this Asterism played SXSW and covered Scuttle Buttin' in front of a bunch of Texans. They will either hate your guts for messing with the memory of Stevie Ray or they'll love you forever for paying tribute to him. There's no middle ground. Look up one of the many fan videos. No word on what Steve Dallas said, but it seemed to go pretty well.
You asked about them performing with a vocalist. It's a fancam but check out ASTERISM with 伊舎堂さくら and Sena /BURN (DEEP PURPLE cover)..... HAL-CA even takes a turn with the vocals, something they've started experimenting with recently. Their way around the "language barrier" between east and west was not to have language. So we'll see.
Saw a video of them performing with a singer - BUT unfortunately it was one of these " fan videos " taken at a gig and the sound was terrible mainly because all the phone mic was picking up was Hal Ca's guitar and you couldn't hear anything else ( including the vocalist )
This should be compulsory viewing by anyone who THINKS they can play guitar. Oh, and Yamaha, have you signed Hal-Ca up yet? What an ambassador for the brand she would be.
