The BEST 3piece Metal Band in the World.....They were only 16, 17,18 yr/o at that time, she's playing YAMAHA guitar, 7string bass specially made by ESP only for him, they are now live in US...

The solo in the middle of the song is increible. One of the best solos of rock history.... But the one after the bass solo!!!!..... That's from other world!!! Gilmour with Steve Vai come together 🤩

Just saw that you did this. You have some info but here is a backgrounder--forgive any overlap.
I feel they are the best new power trio since Cream. They are an instrumental power trio from Fukuoka, Japan. They consist of:
    Haruka Noma, guitars (“HAL-CA”)
    Miyu Yoshinaka, bass
    Mio Yoshinaka, drums
They were formed in 2014 when Noma was 11 and the brothers were 12 and 14 respectively. They were all playing at a talent fair for young musicians in their hometown, when one of the music scouts noticed them, had a hunch and suggested they play together. Most of their current youtube catalogue is fan-made live video footage, much of it at the Hard Rock Café in Fukuoka. There are also a few clips from their one tour in the U.S., when they played Austin and Los Angeles. From the start, they have written most of their own music, covering a wide range of styles.
The brothers bring a lot of jazz and funk ideas into their playing. Miyu plays 4,5 and 7-string basses, which are co-lead instruments in his hands. They are all phenomenal talents, but the big draw has been Noma, known by her first name Haruka or by her stage name Hal-Ca. She has been likened to a reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan, with bits of Joe Satriani, Nuno Bettencourt and Akira Takasaki, among others, thrown in. Even in the Japanese scene, with its overload of extraordinarily technical instrumentalists, she stands out. She also writes most of the band’s music.
Best clips to start with are:
“Rising Moon” (their first professional MV): ua-cam.com/video/IfxMi0Bx4x0/v-deo.html
    “Blaze” (Live): ua-cam.com/video/51Pxkp8lGAs/v-deo.html

    “Dawn” --you just watched this
    “Day 26” (Studio live) ua-cam.com/video/6qcxU-rikgs/v-deo.html

I just returned from my summer vacation, the last part being a few days in NYC. Right before arriving in NYC, I discovered that Asterism would be playing a free show and the venue was only a short subway ride from where I was staying. I couldn't resist going to that so I told my family I would not be seeing a Broadway show that night with them (fortunately that was the night we were going to get same day tickets). The club was very small and the crowd ended up being even smaller which was a shame. At only an hour, I wanted the show to last much longer but the musicianship was everything I expected from them. With all due respect to the immense talent of both Mio (drums) and Miyu (bass), the show seemed like a very long Haruka guitar solo - and I loved every second of it. I was right in front of Haruka, much like the person who made this video, and I was constantly amazed at her speed and accuracy. The two highlights for me were their cover of Ozzy's Crazy Train (with Haruka doing a good job on vocals) and their last song of the show which was Dawn. As much as I love the guitar playing of Midori & Miyako, Saki & Hazuki (I have seen Nemophila live), Kanami (I have seen Band-Maid live), Tomo-zo and other Japanese female guitarists, I really believe Haruko at still only 20 (the same age Midori started playing) is the best of the bunch. She might be the best female rock/metal guitarist in the world right now.

Great reaction glad you liked it. They are all great musicians especially for their young age. Believe they are in early twenties now. But I have seen other videos where she was 13 and they other in teens too and they were just rocking. Most their stuff is and has been mostly instrumental but she has been singing now on some of their newer stuff. Very nice voice. A sweet voice. But she will melt your face off with that guitar for sure. The bass player. I have no words haha just cool! haha. They were here in states the past week or so for a few dates but no where near me. Be a great show to attend. Need a Nemophila,Lovebites,Asterism,BandMaid Hanabie all day show haha. that be something. Anyway brother another great reaction.

You just witnessed some of the best rock musicians around today. They are so incredibly good and still so young. Guitarist Haruka (Hal-Ca) is still just 20 yo now and there´s nothing she can´t do with her instrument.
If you´re interested, please listen to their songs "Church" or "Light in the darkness". Thanks 🤘🙂

Great reaction! They are my favorite 3 piece band, young and very talented. In this video the guitarist is 16 years old, the bassist is 17, and the drummer is 19. Hal-ca is my favorite guitarist, bassist Miyu is far more capable than what he play in this song, please check out more of them!🤘🏻🔥

Haruka Noma (Hal-Ca) plays a Pacifica and the bass is actually a custom 8 string Ibanez. Hal-Ca is now 20 but she was 16 in this performance. I believe she composed part of this when she was only 13. The whole band has been together before the members were teenagers. Just another example of the phenomenal talent in Japan.

The ESP Miyu took delivery of less than a year before this show was a 7-string. I've seen Asterism live 3 times, and even had a closeup look at that bass at a club in Fukuoka, and it's definitely 7-string. I've never heard or read Miyu talk about owning an 8-string. Can I ask what the source is for the 8-string info?

They did a free gig in the observatory in Santa Ana 2 nights ago. They also posted a short of them after they set up on Hollywood Boulevard and played to all the people walking past (most of whom clearly didn't appreciate what they were hearing). There are 5 songs from a studio session they did which are on YT and are astounding, especially CHURCH, with great use of a 7 string bass! PS Nemophila recently released a MetalAF live video on YT of them performing REVIVE.
