Some questions.. does all the eyepieces come along with this? Can we increase its zoom power by other lenses and if yes where to buy them? Can it spot uranus? And last of all can it auto locate?
Yes you will get all the eyepieces, by lower eyepiece you can increase zooming, to buy them you can contact the seller contact details in the description box, you can't see Uranus and it's don't has auto locate...
@@SRNINJA-vl1pv this is only beginner telescope, automatic mount is good and necessary for high power telescope. But for this telescope normal mount is enough...👍
The typical example of a telescope you don't want to purchase. I know, I started with one of these. The finder is basically useless at night. Normally refractors have 2 lenses (achromatic lenses) this one has only one, and in order to decrease the problems, they place a washer, limiting the diameter to about 10 mm, you don't see anything anymore (you can see it at 3:40m). Main problem is that the eyepieces have a 24.5mm diameter which is a very old standard, and of course for the price the eyepieces are very simple models (when the lenses are at least made of glass, on some models they are made of molded plastic). You don't find good quality eyepieces in these diameters anymore. So you should buy a telescope with eyepieces which have a 1.25" (i.e. 31.75mm) diameter. Because you will never be able to replace these poor quality eyepieces by good quality ones. The "H20" is a huyghens model, designed in the 17th century, very limited field of view, very poor quality. You can find much better quality ones (ploosl type) for about 50 dollars and they really improve the quality of the telescope. Other thing, the largest magnification of a telescope is 2 to 2.4x the diameter of the telescope, and this, only on very bright objects like the moon, the planets and some double stars. So forget about the barlow lens, forget about the 4mm eyepiece they are useless. Yes, you can magnify in theory 350x with that scope but then the images will be very blurry. The magnification is obtained by dividing the focal length of the telescope (i.e. 700mm in this case) by the focal length of the eyepiece. So for example with the 20mm eyepiece, 700/20 is 35x magnification. First thing I would purchase on that scope is a 35 to 40mm Ploosl eyepiece in order to have less magnification, wide field of view, more luminosity. In practice a 10mm eyepiece would be plenty to observe the planets with it. A tabletop mount telescope like those made by Orion in the US (the company is in the US but of course the telescopes are made in China) are a much better choice, they have a red dot finder, and Kellner type 31.75mm diameter eyepieces which is already a much better choice than the Huyghens or Ramsden eyepieces, and the mount is stable (cost is about 80 dollars in this diameter and a bit more for a 115mm diameter)... (the mount of the telescope presented here is very wobbly). Other than that, it's a very well made video, but on the wrong telescope.
Great to read this long comment. Actually, this kind of telescope is straightforward to get in India. USA made telescopes are very hard to get and expensive too. If possible will use that telescope also , that you mentioned here :)
