I don't drink soda at all. I like to drink body armor and if thats not available i will drink gatorade. I only drink 1 a day. I also drink water with crystal light with caffeine. I just cant drink plain water. Im getting back to working out and when i clean im sweating so much that i sweat that my hair is wet. I used to drink water with lemon but its boring and i do like a little sugar and i didnt realize Gatorade had that much sugar. So if im working alot i will drink Gatorade
Hey 👋 💯 it's best to try and limit your intake of sugary drinks like Body Armor and Gatorade. While they can be good for rehydration during intense workouts or when you're sweating a lot, they do tend to be high in sugar and calories. If you find plain water a bit boring, there are plenty of ways to add some flavor without adding sugar. For example, you could try adding slices of cucumber, mint leaves, or other fruits to your water for a little extra zing. All the best! 💚
