(While listening to voice message from Levi) Aaaaaaaaaand now I am crying... Also, this man has the most soothing voice ever. Please record meditations!
This is the first time I actually cried while listening to The Minimalists podcast. To Levi: That was the sweetest, most heart-touching piece of advice, and it was so eloquently worded.
This podcast is interesting. It reinforces the concept of "re-imagining" our lives. To some who have, for example, never worked from home, they have tried it and they are enlightened to the fact that it offers them a much better life. To those who were not physically fit, this time in history enables them to get outdoors and improve their mental health as well. This change, though it be a rather traumatic one, has occurred and humankind now has the opportunity to rethink their lifestyle, behaviors, habits and personal goals. I have heard the stories of my ancestors who went through the Spanish Flu pandemic. They lost loved ones and were dramatically changed by that event. Their viewpoints were altered in a permanent way, and all decisions they made from that point forward were subsequently different due to their suffering and their new sense of the value of life itself.
Truly enjoyed this episode. Might be my favorite from you fellas. The messages resonated with me and I am grateful during these abnormal times. I never heard of Rich, but am intrigued to hear more of what he has to say. Thank you, dear strangers.
I've been an introvert all of my life,so with the exception of work(I'm a nurse aide in an assisted living facility)nothing changed. Literally one of the best days of my life was when Amazon started delivering groceries.
I never understood the need for the graduation ceremony. It didn’t matter to me one way or the other. The same with Prom, it was fun but at the end of the day it just didn’t matter.
I make todo lists because I have 2 little ones and job and husband. My todo list is usually reminders for the little things that are not as loud as my big responsibilities. Did I do my self care, did I encourage a friend, make an appointment with doctor/teacher/plumber/important person, workout/train with my dog. It feels like a don’t forget about you list sometimes. I don’t like vision boards because they rarely look like my goals. I want to workout everyday but I will never look like a yoga model or Power lifter, But those are my goal exercises. 🤷🏻♀️ it’s not for me.
Josh- you probably have some level of gluten intolerance or celiac disease. Sorry if you already know that. Standard tests for it are highly inaccurate. There are hundreds of symptoms resulting from gluten problems. You need to be 100percent wheat, oats $ corn free, unfortunately. Do you read comments?

Deanna B right, I’m over here shedding a tear while cleaning my stove. So good😢🥰
That v.m. is perfectly timed. Dealing with grief and clearing out possessions.
Brilliant!
Amen to that!

Loved it too. I lost my parents over the last two years and we are clearing their house....beautiful advice.

As chronically ill person I can say, the suffering is for ever, or at least til I die. This is true for a lot of people unfortunately.
"People wildly underestimate what they can do in ten years."
Just ran into this page because I'm a HUGE RR fan! Love these guys!!
3 of my favorite simpletons.

I truly enjoyed your podast! Hits home in my heart!😊
Love to sprout! So easy and cheap good food.
People who want the precovid life back probably needed the life upset the most. I never want to be the same as I was last year... any year.

My favorite podcast hosts together!!! 👍😄

Whose the musician that plays you out? Can't find in notes. Thanks
Appropriately titled. Nothing about this situation is normal. Many people are too eager to adopt these, often dehumanizing, guidelines.
Yes.
Love the podcast and the title the new abnormal :) - Philippines
Thank our Lord and savior.🙏🥰 When the World 🌎 is not going well . Look up to the Lord..

Have you talked about your experiences with your Oura rings already? ;)
Levi I did mean thank you
Is Ryan relative with former Barcelona player Carles Puyol? LOL

Thanks for not having sponsors.... I'm sure you turn down thousands of dollars.
