Penny the school nurse was supposed to be a love interest for Finn which makes her age more appropriate. You’ll see it as the show continues but they give a lot of storylines that were intended for Finn to Sam.
And the slow motion build up to Tina being slushied was shot for shot from Carrie 😂
I mean Finn was a year older than Sam
@@antoniomatos5638 yeah but I guess what I meant was the fact that Sam was still in highschool and Finn would have been a teacher/college student. Just my opinion I guess but I would just think that a school nurse dating a student is a bit uncomfortable

Even though S5 was a mess, the musical numbers were still flawless.
Rachel loving scared/nervous Santana is the peak of their friendship for me. And I agree with Rachel nervous/scared Santana is adorable

Blaine's vocal performance in Hey Jude is soooo underrated, I'm glad Travis had a bigger reaction to it, i loved it

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but Here Comes the Sun with Demi Lovato is in my top 3 Glee performances of all time ❤

Here's some of my favorites; Smooth Criminal(Santana and Sebastian), To Love You More(Rachel), Thriller/Heads Will Roll(ND and MH Titans), Roots Before Branches(Rachel), Bust Your Windows(Mercedes).
I'm not ready for your reaction to the next episode, but I'll never be ready. It's the most emotionally raw and real episode across all series. Just post it quickly, the build up anticipation is unhealthy to so many. I still love that episode, though, because the love is so palpable.
Ok, at least some people like the musical numbers in Season 5. I especially loved Santana and Dani together harmonizing to Here Comes The Sun. It definitely is a breath of fresh air seeing Santana away from Brittany. As crazy as this season gets, it feels good to see the characters we know and love from the first season grow or just be themselves. It took confidence for Tina to get back up, it took Santana courage to talk to Dani, it took Kitty year of bullying the Glee club to supporting them(we can see as she prioritizes the glee club over the Cheerios).
I'm not ready for the next episode. I only cried one other time, when they won regionals and graduation where Rachel left for college, said goodbye to Finn and sang Roots Before Branches.
I always replay Brie's monologue. She was severely underutilized as a villain.
Sam's dad in rl is Paul Overstreet, one of my favorite country singers from the 90s. Also it took me this long to recognize Maxwell Lord
Yeast-I-Stat commercial is ridiculous but so amazing. 😂❤
Also, Hey Jude is one of my faves this season.
I wonder if Rachel's stint as Fanny in Glee is what led to Lea playing Fanny in real life
I often enjoy Beatles numbers when somebody else performs them. I was a big fan (back in the day) when the Bee Gees and Peter Frampton starred in the movie version of Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band. Of course, they had a ton of other celebrities doing Beatles numbers, too. Don't get me wrong, I do like some of the Beatles originals, but often covers are an improvement - - - to me.

I'm glad you liked this episode. But I really hate How they tried to ruin Tina's character with this diva attittude since season 4.... but at LEAST from now on Tina goes back to her old herself

The Here Comes the Sun cover by Demi and Naya was on REPEAT for me as a child! And, yeah the writers were successful in making me dislike Tina. Like I couldn't stand her lmao.
They really tried to make us hate Tina on later season but unfortunately for them, it didn’t work for me. This is supposed to be Tina focused episode but yet she got screwed really hard. Her solo got interrupted (She sound really great in Revolution and I’m mad that were not even get a full studio version of that cover 😡) and she was humiliated on her coronation moment. Fortunately for her she got her moments in the end and a solo part in “Hey Jude” (Which is a great cover) and “Let It Be”
I say this all the time about Tina, most underrated character. The writers were always sabotaging her character. They could never make me hate her.

100 percent agree with you. Why sabotage her character? They couldn’t even write her a decent storyline in Season 4
Remember when she got her first solo and it was Gangnam Style?
@@ben-neon19 that is incorrect Schue gave her the solo Tonight like in the 4th episode and she couldn’t handle it, and then he gave her True Colors a few episodes later.
Tina had no personality until season 4 and the actress couldn't pull it off.
Fun fact, demi Lovato made the song cool for the summer about Naya Rivera
