Thank you, born in Sunderland but lived in South Africa from 1979. Hardly recognize anything. But the Blue House and gas tanks will never change. Xx

You may not appreciate it now but in 25 years this little upload of yours will be a fantastic piece of local history just like some of youtubes uploads of the Metro centre when it opened in the 80s . Thanks for doing this it will be appreciated in the future more than now .

Thanks for sharing this. Good to see the old home town. Not been home for 30 years. I hardly recognized the place except for Roker, seaburn , whitburn & Marsden village. I didn't see the Puffing Billy...suppose its all gone now.
