Welcome back to Blessing Cookhouse Cookhouse. This is soup is one of Liberian most famous dish cassava leaves soup. I am so excited to share it with you guys.
These are the ingredients
3kg Lamb meat
1 hard boiled chicken
1 kg chicken giblets
Pork hearts
Fresh crab
Fresh prawns
Dry fish
6 packs frozen cassava leaves
325 grams of peanut butter with no added salt or sugar
5 heaping cooking spoons of red oil
Blended vegetables with onion, garlic and ginger
Maggi cubes according to your taste
Salt according to your taste
Shrimp powder and dawa dawa.
