Bro, i got these and they absolutely positively SMOKE any others under $650!! You gotta realize theyre the newest and they posess the technology to allow for many many future firmware updates. Plus new accessories. The picture clarity, amounts of things to connect to, SOUND, and general build quality plus future tech and updates, make these a no brainer. I love these and ive tried every one under $650. Buy them everyone. One of the biggest things not many reviews hit on is the sound quality. Having Harman sound kills any other glasses system on the market. Any price
Well, I’ve heard other speaker glasses, and I think the sound is good when you manage expectations. I’ll mention the cons first, so we can end on a high note. Small speakers like this are like speakers on smartphones; they can’t displace much air. This means the lower the bass note, the quieter it will be. No subwoofer bass here. Also, they won’t be silent for other people, and the thickness of the frame will compromise the wearing comfort of full-size headphones if you wanted to upgrade your sound. That said, they might be perfectly adequate for many use cases and people’s needs. Just like a pair of little PC desktop speakers, they CAN sound quite detailed and clear, and you don’t need deep bass for most UA-cam content, and it may help you pay better attention to tactical details while in competitive games. Also, with nothing covering your ears, they have that “augmented reality” effect where nothing is covering your ears so you’ll still be able to hear people enter the room or someone calling for you. Harmon is one of the “Big Three” classic personal audio companies, comprising of Harmon speakers, JBL, and AKG (the Harmon Group was purchased by Samsung a couple years ago). So, yeah, they know what they’re doing, and you ought to get a better sense of Spatial Audio than speakers built into a Steam Deck or AirPods. So, for most people, it will be a nice upgrade, just expect a brighter, airier sound with less wub wub.
Thanks for your candid review, Joey - we're glad you enjoyed your time with VITURE One! We're constantly working to improve the experience for everyone, and we've even been working on Kindle compatibility on some devices (like our Neckband, for example). The ability to play in bed or lying down on the couch is definitely a fan favorite!
@VITURE I’ve been watching video after video and can’t find a direct answer or tutorial on how and what I need to connect my Xbox . Will the glasses alone work ? Do I need the glasses and headbands? Do I need the glassed and dock ? 🥴
@@leslytarin710 you need the mobile dock from Vitures site with that you can plug in any hdmi device: Xbox, switch, ps4, ps5, laptop etc also has two ports on it to plug in two pairs of glasses
It seems like an interesting device to lay down and watch TV, but that being said I don't specifically like the idea of being tethered to a cable. I can only imagine I'd wake up with that cable tangled all around my neck. Also, it kind of sticks far away from the face so it doesn't really look like a normal set of sunglasses at all to me.
AYO Joey! Nice one! For any one that's new to this t ype of AR/XR/MR (not VR though) type glasses, they all use a similar technology (micro OLED projectors). They won't work with devices that don't supoprt video out over DISPLAY PORT ALT-Mode. Also, Viture's neckband can sidestep the issue of interacting with "your screen" in a way that DeX can't... (I also now prefer Motorola Ready For). Viture is also currently the only brand that has the "pin" (3DOF) function that you can enable on the glasses themselves without additional software. Also worth noting is the mobile dock allows for two people to watch/play together. Very expensive indeed, but also there's no other brand currently that offers this capability. Also, the screen will look "bigger" if you're further away from an occluding object. If you sit close to your wall/screen, it'll look smaller like a monitor, but if you sit across the room, it'll look like a home theater projector.
Yeahhh these look real dorky but I just picked one up. Thanks for the first review that I’ve seen that got straight to the point and opposed to fixating on the packaging or how hard it is to capture on video.
I have these glasses they are what I’ve always wanted - my own portable cinema for watching movies and playing games I love how light they are in weight so they are perfect for travelling playing games on them was great on the plane on holiday! Been using them with my iPad Pro and rog ally
I have these and I love it... I have been using these kind of video glasses since Sony HMZ T1 came, I used T2, T3 ..so you can imagine where I'm coming from 😊 I have its Nechband and Mobile Dock also both are amazing... only one small complaint...Neckband is little noisy for public places but there is quite mode in settings which make the band little warm.
My fav feature of these are that 2 people can use them together with the "co-op dock/battery" optional add on. Would love to try these for video editing rough cuts in remotes situations along with an assistant - so that we can both see the same large screen - Im just trying to find out if a pair would work with my macbook pro using the optional dock?
Thanks for the review, I think it would go great with a 7940hs steam machine. i think the glasses would look better if it was a large square glasses instead of these small circle glasses.
Doesn't using a Kindle app in android on another android tablet that works with usb-c video out do the same thing you want? Since you wouldn't be using the kindle screen anyways I think it would be better, especially given that Amazon definitely spends more resources getting the android app right than the kindle, my Kindle has all these "known glitches" that Amazon just hasn't gotten around to fixing that aren't present on the android app - like that the dictionary IPA symbols don't display when looking up a definition of a word. In any case, the glasses are neat and very interesting, I think they are too expensive for me, but otherwise really intriguing and I'm hopeful that the tech will continue to progress and maybe get more affordable as it does.
Please for the love of god do a video showcasing how to run RPGXP games (Joiplay, mainly pokémon games) on a modded Nintendo Switch (with android). I can get everything up and running but I simply can't figure out how to set the controls. Been at it for days now, please help mee.
I still don't understand how these companies make these products with real sunglasses designs since they are not meant to be shown off, but to be worn in peace at home. The design looks horrible for how crude they are, they should go for a more industrial than aesthetic design.
how does any company think that glasses looking like that are acceptable..... Until they can make the electronics small enough, to fit inside normal looking glasses, they should not attempt to.... This shit is goofy as hell, i cant imagine who would buy this.
Dude, it's entirely dependent on using the correct nose piece for your face. It comes with 4 or use it with none. Looks just like any sunglasses when you fit em right. I own these with the neckband and it SMOKES all others. Plus biggest selling point is that it's the newest and it's built in technology allows for TONS of firmware updates. I have these glasses, they are awesome. I finished the new Mario Wonder and Zelda wearing them lie on my bed and the graphic is just super amazing.
How’s the edges? I hear they are blurry
@@TheVoyagers. It's sharp and clear, I don't have the problem of blurry.

Looking forward to taking these on holiday and watching a movie in the sky at night

Ya they're obviously not regular sun glasses. They should have gone with the Oakley wrap around look

Very cringe open. I love it. You did a good job showing off what seems to be a difficult to demonstrate device.

Is the screen adjustable?

Sorry my dude, haven't used joiplay or Android on Switch in months.
You don't have contact lenses to try it out with?
Unfortunately not.
I don’t have a significant other, damn… guess I can’t get the glasses.
No bad Joey bad! Good review though.
3 seconds in, seeing those goofy things sit way too high on your face and I'm like nope XD
But tbh you’re not aware of that really when you have them on
Very candid review but you missed a step not giving a nudge and a wink towards usage for VR p**n 😂😂
Hello, can I use those glasses watching VR p**n? I usually use Deovr app in Quest 3. If yes, how's the qualit? thx
