Thanks for your assistance.
We're excited for you to experience the Neckband! This video will be an invaluable resource for you. The short answer to your first three questions is: yes. We've included instructions in this video tutorial on how to access the full Google Play Store (10:58) and how to connect to Bluetooth peripherals like a keyboard and mouse (10:05). For more on 3DoF (pinning the screen in place) make sure to check out our XR Glasses tutorial as well! Finally, the battery life varies on your activity level - we've found that most users get about two hours when gaming or three hours when streaming/watching videos, but the Neckband can also be charged while in use of course! We hope this helps! 😎
@@VITURE, will the system eventually have a full direct support version of Android (native Play Store) at some point or will it continue to need sideloading like an Amazon device?

It would be really great to be able to also use these glasses with the neckband and a mini cam to see in the dark. (to extend its use)

I use PLEX and have a large 3D library. If I play 3D movies with PLEX will the glasses play them properly? Also can 2 people take advantage of one neckband to share movie watching?
You can enjoy both full SBS and half SBS 3D video via the Neckband's media player - our XR Glasses themselves also support full SBS 3D video when connected to any device! It is difficult to create a setup where two people can use one Neckband, but with our Mobile Dock you can create a very similar experience using your mobile phone! Check it out on our website to learn more, or reach out to our support team at happycustomer@viture.us for help picking the perfect loadout for what you want to accomplish.
Some functions (like mirroring your phone's screen to the Neckband) are great for using both devices, but ultimately the experience we've built for each is distinct and separate from one another. Here's a quick look at what each is like: The Neckband is like a miniature gaming PC you wear around your neck - an all-in-one experience where you can access all your favorite games, shows, and movies in one easy to use interface. It's optimized for cloud streaming and can seamlessly connect to your Xbox & PlayStation consoles at home, allowing you to pick up where you left off anywhere you go. Our iPhone experience, SpaceWalker, is the first of its kind - a portable virtual workspace AND a cinema in your pocket, designed for working and staying entertained on the go. Open work documents, check the news, or browse the web in XR one minute in a multiscreen hub, then switch to watching your favorite 2D & 3D movies or even Apple's new spatial video as soon as it's break time.

Hello Karl, thanks for your interest in VITURE One! We're happy to answer your questions. 1. It is a separate experience from the XR environment we've designed for iPhone/iOS. 2. There are very few situations in which you might need both at the same time. Combined with a Bluetooth keyboard, VITURE One and the iPhone are a portable workstation with multiscreen support, point-and-click functionality using your phone as a laser pointer, and other features. Incidentally, it's also a great way to enjoy your favorite shows and movies, but may not be quite as good for gaming as the Neckband. 3. VITURE One XR Glasses are compatible with iPhone 15 (and 15 Pro of course) right out of the box, but the adapter enhances the experience by enabling the multiscreen and VR video functionalities, as well as allowing for charging while you're still connected to VITURE One, in case your battery ever gets low. Ambient mode really needs to be in the glasses itself...
Ambient Mode is largely based on the connected device's ability interface with and control the XR Glasses' virtual display. It's a primary feature on the Neckband, but Ambient Mode is now available on the SpaceWalker app too!
Names app Android please
So ...why can't I install the app version of Netflix? Why can I only use the shitty mobile browser version?
Hi Danny - the NeckbandOS platform is based on Android TV and runs compatible versions of all streaming apps optimized to be easy to use with the Neckband's controls while also lightweight and agile for fast streaming from the Cloud.
If you're experiencing any technical difficulties with the Neckband's apps, please make sure you are running the latest version of NeckbandOS. If you have questions or require assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team at happycustomer@viture.us
