Can I install fan separate? I take shower during the day time and no need to light to be on. Instead of light switch I would use fan isolator as a fan pulling switch.

There is a version that can just be operated by a switch/pullcord, for example the Calm S range. Or if they want to run it through an isolator switch, the basic Calm range. Take a look at www.blauberg.co.uk.

The fans in our toilets had timing control and matches your video as regards wiring etc. however one of the units needs to be replaced The new fan I bought blauberg line100 slim has only 2 wire connectors. What should I do should I return it? What model should I go for.

Hi You would need either www.blauberg.co.uk/100mm-4-blauberg-line-powerful-slimline-extractor-fan-bathroom-kitchen-wet-shower-room-run-on-timer or www.blauberg.co.uk/blauberg-calm-low-noise-energy-efficient-bathroom-extractor-fan-100mm For the Calm Fan you will need to select the timer option. This Video relates to the Calm Fan and can be put in both zones 1 and 2

What happens if an isolator switch is not applied for the fan and the fan and light wiring has been put together with one switch? Can this cause safety issues?

Fans must be installed with the correct isolators. if the required isolators for the fan are not installed, it is recommended to contact a qualified electrician for installation.

Mine was ceiling mounted. Had to remove the humidity sensor. Not great for ceiling installation.

This may be due to the installation. It's best not to have the ducting going vertical. it's best to have at least 2 x 90 degree bends and a drainage trap to stop condensation running back into the fan
