- Hi Plant Friends! 🌿 Join me on a tour of my Hoya collection, which I’ve significantly downsized since my last tour. Over the years, I’ve learned that it’s not about collecting all the Hoyas but finding the ones that truly thrive in my environment. My space is on the drier side and gets very bright to direct sunlight, and I’ve curated a collection that works perfectly in these conditions.
This year, my Hoya Compacta has been the standout star, rewarding me with beautiful blooms! 🌸 My second favorite, the Hoya Sunrise, continues to impress me with its vibrant leaves and easy care.
Thank you for watching, and don’t forget to share this video with your fellow Hoya enthusiasts. Let me know in the comments which Hoya is your favorite! 💚

4:43 that Viola leaf!!! 😍
It’s a beauty 👌🏽thanks for watching 🌸🌷🌸
Yes,isn't it gorgeous, now I'm going to Etsy and get one.
Helpful hint... Your imbricata need a board because they are heavy climbers once it starts to go up it should produce blooms. It will actually climb a wall if against it. They are climbers definitely
Thanks for the tip 👌🏽🌸🌷🌸🫶
Lovely Hoyas! My two Kerri hearts decided to grow after a couple of years of doing nothing so I was really happy that the patience paid off.
Patience is key! They will reward you eventually. 💚
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
👋thanks for watching 🫶
It’s quite good fertilizer.
The Desert Plants of Avalon (on UA-cam, unless you already know her), for example, uses tomato fertilizers in quarter strength to boost cacti blooming during spring.
For myself, I use worms casting and slow releasing fertilizers for Hoyas. Don’t need to think the fertilizing, only top up every now and then.
Ps. The Hoya kerrii grows if there’s a stem left on the leaf. 😊 sorry, commenting while watching
The worm casting and slowly fertilizer sounds like a good combination. Think I will try that next time.👌🏽 thanks for watching 🫶🌷🌸
