I have a quick question, My company have just submitted my highly skilled work visa for Spain. I am waiting 20 working days for an answer. I am currently living in the U.K.
Is it possible in that time I can travel on vacation to another country? I ask because I wondered if the passport scans I submitted would then be out of date , would this be a problem?

I think there is an other way to have a work permit by submitting to non lucrative visa which allow after its renewal after the 2 first years to work. During the first 2 year you have possibility to act as an investor but not have a work permit.

What if you are married but haven’t lived together yet because of restrictions from governments. Will they ask for you to have lived together prior to prove the relationship (then in another country) in order to prove the relationship before being able to come to Spain as a spouse?
