I have a suggestion for you regarding the LED mask. While I also have a rigid LED device similar to yours, for travelling I use a flat, flexible one like Omnilux (Current Body also has one)., It;'s lightweight and because its flat, its easy to pack in a carry-on. Sometimes after long flights, a 20 minute session really helps my skin to look rested.

I feel the same way with places like that! Whether it be at the nail salon or the hair salon, etc....I just don't want to talk. I would rather listen to music, watch something on my phone, people watch, etc. Like, I do not want to talk, yet I don't want to seem rude either because I feel like people get offended way too easily and they might not put as much effort into what they're doing/half-ass the job because they are upset now. Hence, why I rarely go to beauty places haha!

I've just got to say that Botox isn't only preventative! I had really deep 11's from squinting (due to bad eyesight) - they were permanent lines in my skin - but botox has made the area totally smooth again. Im 45 and had it for the first time at Xmas, so never too late 😊
Your skin is gorgeous! Do you use any treatments/products to help smooth your undereye area? I feel like your undereye bags were slightly more prominent in older videos and they look amazing now! ❤
Tamara those are perioral mounds, and probably at least in the USA a good suergon can remove it, that is just fat and surgery is done from inside of the mouth like dentist/oral surgery. I have it too, I also have short, narrow lips I mean this as au contraire to Julia Roberts not the fullnes yours are full (and I with this have downwards lip angle, and btw Angelina's jawline so it looks worse and they are unlike yours also thin, not full and I am prone to granulomas so I can't put filler and nor fat this year I had autoimmune things and abdominal panniculitis so no way I will put some fat issue that could be inflammated later). P.S. careful with the lasers, I also have skin like you but also atopia and under the eyes I have Dennie Morgan lines since childhood(later rhinitis and now at 36 asthma), the heat of radiofrequency and lasers can melt your fat. It is tricky. P.P.S it is not unusal, the fat does sag a but differently in ever human. P.P.P.S some ppl have those even in young age, like Croatian influencer well daughter of one famous singer Dino Dvornik, Ella Dvornik (look at her before and after photos she had a lot of dental, eyes and lip work). I mean you ofc know your face the best mine is also due to ageing but some young people have those. For the jowls there is one machine similar to Morpheus that with heat dissolve the fat and also remove with the needels bcs there is a jaw and neck so it won't be visible and you can do that, aroung the mouth it is not possible this. You problably got some sagging from buccal or nasolabial fat moving down I guess.

I have the same exact aging issue on the sides of my mouth as you have. I had a lower face lift at 50 and they said it probably wouldn't help that particular issue much which it didn't...but they did put a little bit of filler in my upper high cheek bone area later which lifts the whole face and helped that area for me.
I also cganged hair salon to another where noone speaks snd i like she stays quiet lol i so value it so i can do what i need to do or enjoy calm and peace and can have my thoughts and thinking I also hate please and bla bla with people and i stay home qnd avoid people i get tired of people and they are time wasters and i do not have time for myself why should i give it away to others?

I don’t know if this will help you, but I was grinding my teeth when I was a sophomore in undergrad. Organic, physics, calculus, I guess were a stress. When I went to bed, I would make myself relax my jaw. Hopefully if you tell yourself to do it, even practice during the day, it will be helpful. I had my nose done after it was broken by a horse. I breathe better but it really ruined my singing voice.
Quick tips for cooking. Salads from all over the world are easy to repeat. You can bake in a pot vegs, meat etc: mix all, add spices, oil, turn on the oven, done. Pizza is called homemade when you buy the dough and create your own toppings ;) Freeze leftovers - eat anytime you don't want to cook. And all kinds of cookies are so easy to make!

"face moving" is part of Serbian communication culture. We all suffer from early forehead wrinkles, due to excessive eyebrow movement.
