Filippo likes a holiday which involves no effort. With hectic work life it is good to have nothing to organise - attend - be on time for - get dressed up for. You both look fab as always.
Love should not be painful - Filippo is so right. My last relationship ended recently because it was the opposite of that - it was hardworking constantly. He loved drama I did not & yes you are right again - you learn as you get older not to stay when a relationship is exhausting for all the wrong reasons. My relationship has only just ended & hearing this conversation now I sit here in London knowing I have done the right thing. Only know you both via this channel obviously but thk you very much.

As a super empath I can completely relate to feeling others energy, and the key is choosing who you allow yourself to connect to/with and to prioritize alone time to cleanse and recharge. It gets easier over time and once you master emotional boundaries you’ll actually see yourself rejuvenate physically and emotionally (for me it happened in my late 30’s/early 40’s). Love your content, channel, and energy! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

totally agreeing with Tamara, saying that when you really feel other emotions, you need to put on a sort of cold face in order to protect yourself. But I totally agree also with F: it's important to constantly exercise yourself to not let uncontrollable things consume you. I think high empathy is a valuable super power but you need to be able to control it in order to not harm yourself
